snowy mountain pub

Since not many restaurants are open on Sundays in Saratoga, we decided to give the Snowy Mountain Pub a shot as it has been a while, and we were very pleased! The pub menu is casual and yet interesting - we split the prime burger which was VERY good, perfectly cooked, and really a treat with truffle parmesan fries, and a bowl of mac and cheese. Our guest had the wings. The mac and cheese was really something special, as it is homemade with some kind of smoked white cheddar, prosciutto, diced portobello mushroom and roma tomatoes. The prime burger seems small, but it was quite filling. We live nearby and will add both the Pub and the Silver Saddle to our regular rotation when we eat out. The pub is also non-smoking and kid friendly if you don't sit right in the bar. NOTE TO TRIP ADVISOR: This is a Brewery and categorized as an "Attraction", but it is also a pub/bar, and might better be categorized that way.
