We invited my daughter's friend birthday party. This place was huge and lots of different themes were there like game room, bounce room and jungle gym with small train.Kids have to rotate rooms to share with other parties.We did bounce for a while then went to little train. The staffs divided 2 groups since there were too many kids can't get on train all at the same time.They are 4-5 yr old kids and they got lost in the jungle gym so some staffs and parents had to get up there and guided them out.Finally after all these, moved to small party room and had birthday celebrations.The good thing about this place is you don't need to keep watch your kids while they are playing. They have chairs and tables for adults so they can sit and watch their kids playing.Staffs were kind and helpful when we were there.I wish they have coffee for bored parents. It was really difficult to stay awake lolAnother thing, kids can not stay here after the party since they are not allowed to do anything unless you pay for everything after the party.

Came to space as a chaperone for daughter's 9 yo class. When I first walked in, I truly was amazed ambiance. A favorite of station including a jungle gym, bowling station, laser tag plus a slew of arcade games for the kids to play in. All kids were given $10 on a card for arcade games which I felt were reasonable.. We were off to a good day or so I thought. Twenty minutes into our trip the games began to malfunction, the whole computer system went down. No arcade games equals a bunch of upset children. Went to management.....no response Now it's time for lunch, we has the choice of bringing lunch or buying at the venue. Against my better judgement I decided to purchase lunch at the venue. We got on line about 12pm and was told we could not place orders until the computer system came back up. My question is why not prep the food while you wait as the line was now 20 people deep with only one person working the line. Ten minutes later we finally placed an order...no receipt given...no ticket number...no way to differentiate my order from anyone else's. Ten minutes go by no food, fifteen minutes no food. This one guy is taking all the orders but not making any food. We make a complaint to management to sends someone to help and he just starts given out drinks. Once food is ready this employee just starts calling...who ordered fries, who ordered pizza, who ordered a burger. No rhyme or reason. We waited a total of 47 minutes for food. UnacceptableWe complained to management and were told, "we assumed you guys were bringing bagged lunches." Even still if you as management see a long line appearing in your food court, wouldn't you send back up. I really was considering having my daughters party next year, but after my experience with the management team I have changed my mind nor would I recommend this venue to anyone else

I attended a kid's birthday party with my son and witnessed the birthday celebrant being turned away from a game he loved, after he already swiped his card to start it. When asked, the staff said he's been playing there too long and the 7 year old birthday celebrant should know better about sharing. What a way to celebrate a birthday...I was always looking for a new place for my sons birthday parties but after seeing this awful behavior, I would definitely not book this place for any events nor recommend it to anyone.

My son attended a birthday party yesterday and was very much looking forward to the laser tag portion. The party organizer assured all the children that they would get a turn and explained that they would participate in 2 groups. When he arrived with the second group, he was told that there were not enough suits for everyone so he alone could not play. He explained that he hadn't played with the first group, and the organizer basically told him that that's too bad. And that was the end of it.Terrible, nonresponsive staff, especially for a children's birthday party.

Space is such an awseome place to go! My kids really enjoyed the bday party they were invited to. The employees were with the kids the whole time giving the parents time to relax. I LOVE SPACE, WOOHOO!

I was planning my husband's 40th birthday party when I called Space Odyssey. I thought it would be an excellent, fun place to have it. I called with a few inquiries and then booked it. I was told all I needed to do was pay for it and that I was in the system. I was given an appointment to discuss catering options. I come to the appointed time and not only did they not have me in their system. They were completely disorganized. I was told I couldn't have my party there because they didn't realize the date was on a Saturday and a MORE important party was booked in that slot. They were apathetic and rude about it. Mind you I had CASH in hand and was planning to have well over 50 guests coming. Treat me with respect. YOu could have had my business and plenty of business, but your mistreatment makes me wonder what type of party we would have ended up with.In short stay clear. This place cares very little about its customers and will do absolutely nothing to keep them.

Had my son's 5th birthday party here the theme was despicable me. The staff was wonderful they took care of everything. With the package we chose we also had the magician he was silly & the kids loved him! I would definetly recommend this place.

Just had my son's bar-mitzvah at Space. I dealt with Jim when booking the party and found him to be very fair and easy to work with. Both Diana and Lauren were a pleasure to work with and very professional. The place is a great venue for kids. They loved the paintless paint ball, enjoyed the video games and took part in the dancing and bowling. The place was set up beautifully and the staff was very attentive during the party. The DJ (Charlie) was a lot of fun and really worked the guests into the party. A great time was had by all!

I called on a Monday to make an appointment to bring my daughter there to discuss plans for a sweet sixteen. I suggest Thursday or Friday afternoon to see which day is suitable for a visit. They call me back and say to come in on Friday at 1pm and meet with Diane. Diane calls me Thursday to go over things over the phone. I remind her that I am coming in with my daughter the next day. I get there on Friday and an assistant says she will show us around until Diane gets there and that Diane will answer all our questions when she gets in. We wait and wait until the assistant finally says she just spoke to Diane who is not coming in today since she thought we were coming on Saturday. Totally disorganized, unprofessional and a dump anyway.

Preschooler had party there. Most kids had fun, but some didn't. Dark, big, loud, kind of swanky, and a bit overwhelming for little ones.

We had a bat mitzvah party for over 200 kids and 50 adults. Alvira was helpful from the first momment, taking us through the pretty complicated process of planning and organizing. The event itself was well organized and there were enough staff to watch the kids in the many and different stages of the evening. We had a "foam dancing" piece in the last hour which was a blast. The price was reasonable for what you have in the area and for what we actually got in the complete package. If you look for a wedding like party in a traditional setting, this is not the place for you. If you want the kids to enjoy and remember the party without overkiling the budget, space is the best place for it.

Space Odyssey -- lets see how many birthdays I can attend here --- but every time the kids have a wonderful time. They love it and think its the best thing since sliced bread.

I really liked this place, went for a company event. The place was great but way too expensive!!!! And you cant even go there just for fun because you need a membership which is way too expensive. Bdays there are expensive. My company said that was the last time they do event there because the price is too expensive! Has a lot of fun stuff - paintball, laser, mini bowling, kids rides, arcade games aNd more!

It's a great place because you can customize your party to your kids likes. They offer mini bowling, laser tag, bounce house, sports, climbing gym and a little train for the smaller kids. The kids love it, the adults can relax. My only complaint is that often is it very warm in there, uncomfortably warm.

This will be my first and last party. I will never book another event. Not only was the place expensive which I'm totally fine with since the place is nice, however the service was terrible. Majority of the staff were unfriendly and did not know how to entertain kids, rather, one of my host had an attitude. Second, when I came to our private room, there were no table covers what soever which made the room look cheap, Luckily I brought table covers and had to re-do the tables and so finally one of the host asked if I wanted table covers...DUH!!! Third the mirrors in the private room were filthy you could see hand prints from the previous party. FINALLY! Major miscommunication with food orders I ordered chicken francese and they gave me chicken and french fries, long story short because of the miscommunciation the coordinator initially advised me that I was not going to be charged since it was her fault and when I was in the office to pay my balance sure enough it was on my bill, I told the office what I was told and when they called the coordiantor to confirm she totally switched her story and so we were arguing back and forth "good one for a great customer service" In the end I was not charged however you don't let the staff argue with the customers but rather, the manager should've resolved the issue within your team. If Elvira the owner is reading this, please hire an undercover customer to see how unfriendly and snobbish most of your staff are, not so good for your business.
