It's a very wide open park, with walking paths, benches, picnic tables and a dog park area. Nice place to spend an afternoon! There are public restrooms open only during the day. There is also a playground for the little kids, and a skate park. Good for walking dogs, bike riding, walking, or just enjoying an afternoon outside.

We have spent many days at Freedom Park in Medford. We had my granddaughter's 2nd birthday under the gazebo. The kids had two great play areas to choose from and had a blast. The park is very large and has a walking path and two wonderful playgrounds. The playgrounds are safe and very clean. The area under the climbing apparatus is scattered with wood chips. There are lots of fields for kids to run and play. There's a dog park located at the far rear section of the park, completely fenced from the rest of Freedom Park. I have visited the dog park on many occasions, it's the biggest one I have seen, with several areas. Dogs on or off leash always seem well behaved. People are very friendly too.

great outdoor park for kids and sport activities. all the fields are well kept, such as soccer fields and track. Tot lot covers children up to age 8-10.
