With the totally redone Macy's and the addition of Nordstrom's, this mall just keeps getting better! The new food court area is so much better than the old one and they have done a great job with the vibe in the common areas of the mall. The Big Bowl is a great place to have a meal before or after you shop! The only problem with this mall can be the parking, get there early or you may have to park in the hinterlands!

My cousin and I went here a few days ago and it seems to me that whoever is in charge of what stores are in this mall is very confused.... All of the stores that use to be the only reason why we went here, are now gone. Including Game Center (Game Stop like store), Brookstone, Subway, Applebee's, and many more. In my opinion it's not the best mall to hang out at with friends anymore; it's now go in, get what you need, and leave. Don't get me wrong, this is a good mall to shop at but, after many times of going here, it isn't quite in my liking anymore. I would actually rate it right in between poor and average but, keep in mind, it might be a different experience for everyone.

I really enjoy going to Ridgedale, along with Southdale and the Mall of America. Minnesota has some very good malls! Ridgedale is filled with stores, but construction is going on currently.

Great place to find about anything you desire without huge crowds. Parking is also convenient, even if you don't get as close as you'd like. Exercise is good!

Much easier to park up close and shop peacefully with good service without all the crowds and drama like MOA and Southdale. Also it's surrounded by a nice community so you don't see a bunch of "riff raff" here like some of the more urban malls. They have both a Starbucks and Caribou Coffee here. A few selections for eating inside the mall, and some good places in the adjacent shopping centers to the west.

Been here twice now as I was staying at the Sheraton literally across the road. Easier than the Mall of America but not quite the buzz that you get with the MOA. It has some good anchors such as Sears. Sometimes it could be that people do not like the sheer scale of MOA so this is a very good alternative

Ridgedale is a large, modern, upscale shopping mall. Anchor stores include Sears, jcpenney and Macy's. Also present are an Apple Store plus many of the usual mall offerings, including 3 larger restaurants and a number of smaller food outlets. It's nice, clean, and generally without problems from unruly persons.

If you don't like being overwhelmed like at the mall of america this could be the place for you. They have a nice clean environment without hoodlums hanging around. Some very nice upscale shops and the classic auntie ems pretzles.

Good chice of department stores: Sears, Macy's, JCPenny. Some other stores like Apple and more. Large, not to crowded, conveniently located.

Two level mall that are both circles, so by making two easy to navigate laps, you get to see every store. They have many stores, a nice holiday setup it the middle with Santa Claus until Christmas Eve. A nice clean mall for shopping, has all the stores you would need. Also there is a target, a grocery store and a petco nearby if you need other things. The food court is fairly small, but does have a subway, chipotle, a few others and the lakeshore grill at Macy's is quite tasty. The fish tacos are our favorite and all entrees come with delicious popovers and honey butter.

I live near Ridgedale and will go there often, but I still head to Southdale if I really want to do some shopping. They do have a lot of the same stores like Ann Taylor/Loft, The Limited, Gap, Macy's, Express, etc. However, Southdale has Herbergers, H&M, Banana Republic, Marshalls, and the Macy's is bigger.

Nice little mall, it had everything I wanted. It could use more food options
