They took out a outdoor pool for this. They dont think of the kids in town big chess set??? what where they thinking this town needs a new outdoor pool not a show piece.

Always a favorite stop for my family. The kids enjoy the little castle-themed play area and we enjoy the beautiful angel fountain and flowers in the summer. A gem of a park!

One of the best designs we've seen, this park offers it all. A Roman column seating area at one end of the beautiful fountain is opposite a forested walk type seating at the other while large group seating occupies another corner and open air seating opposite that. A sloping lawn provides seating space for concert events and the whole is meticulously tended and beautifully landscaped with flowers, trees to hide the industrial building in the west corner and little details to tie in the whole. Great place for a picnic, a romantic walk or just some R&R time. And opposite a Mall for the shopping prone. Part of a set of connected parks that include a Dog Park running alongside beautiful brick homes on a tree lined street, it's highly recommended.
