I have been going here a few time every year. Love the courses the fairways are a little rough right now. The clubhouse has always been crappy, but they have broken ground on a huge new clubhouse which I look forward to seeing next season...this will include a new driving range and putting area. Brandon the asst pro is great
Good service and staff. Reasonable rates and good pace of play. The course is very interesting layout with moguls and fescue.
I have been playing Loggers since it opened. It is a nice layout, much improved since opening, but still not quite there. Don't shy away from this course, because it is fun to play. Just don't expect perfection. They will begin building a clubhouse this year. That will help. Joel, who runs the temporary clubhouse, is great. He keeps people happy, has a great sense of humor, and rarely puts up with any problem people. I hope the course management stays on track to turn this course into a must play in the near future.
Nice course with a unique layout. Greens could have rolled a little better but all in all not bad all around.
Nice place - a mix of links and woods. Greens were in excellent shape, fairways pretty good. Prices are very reasonable too. One concern - they could have placed more water out on the course. We were dying of thirst on the back 9 and the few coolers they had were empty.
Love this course, but it is quite challenging at times. My favorite is the front nine. The price/value is very good, the course is in very good shape and clubs can be rented if necessary.
One of my favorite course on the east side of the city. Easy to get to and always in nice shape. One time, some of the next door farmer's exotic cows were on number 10. Felt like we were in Europe golfing in the mountains!!! Be nicer when they get a real clubhouse built, but still a great time
Sawmill golf course is right next door to Loggers Trail golf course. It's a fairly inexpensive, challenging course with a variety of slopes, grades, sand traps, and water hazards throughout the fairways and greens. Great way to spend the day!
Good challenging course love the links style mixture. Very walkable and is in great shape. Driving range and putting greens are easy to get to.
Loogers Trail is the new multi-layout course attached to Sawmill. About half the course is links style with the other being more narrow and wooded. If you keep your ball in the fairway, the greens are manageable and the course is in great shape. A new clubhouse is in the future plans as well.
