I have been here twice with my toddler - she had a blast both times, but it was disappointing that half of the attractions there were not turned on or working. None of the arcade games were on, the shooting balls and ziplining in the large play area didn't work, one of the tunnels was being held together by bungee cords, and the padding had come off of a prominent head-level pipe that I almost hit my head on. I feel like if this place were kept up, it could be an amazing place to take kids, but it just isn't at that point yet. My toddler doesn't know any different though and she especially enjoys the tiny toddler area and the bouncy house.

I recieved a groupon deal for this "fun" center and decided to look at their website before purchasing. Their website said for ages 12 and under. What a joke! We drove 1.5 hours to come to this dump. My son and his friend are eight years old and were highly disappointed. The lone staff person was pathetic, arcade games were broke and the snack bar was empty. That place should shut down and never re-open!!!!!!

After reading negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean Hullabaloo is. I have been looking for a place to take my 2 1/2 year old niece to play this winter and I have found it. It is not a very big place which is perfect if you have younger children. We stayed for over 2 hours, so well worth the $8. My only complaint is that there was no supervision for the older children who were running over-top the little ones. We will be going back.

I don't usually write reviews but, I had such a pleasant experience so I thought I would this time. After an awful birthday experience at Chuck E Cheese, our family wanted a less hectic yet still fun party for my 8 year old. Hullabaloo is the place for that! The new owners have the new party packages priced just right for a kids party. They are less than some of the bigger named party places and you wont' have to deal with the craziness that comes along with those places either (over booking, bad staff, etc). We had a party of around 15 children for two hours. The kids had a blast in the soft play area. They have added a bouncy house which the kids also loved. There are only a few games but when I compared these games to the ones that were actually working at the other place, they were comparable. The staff are really nice and were constantly checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. They don't have the WOW factor that some may want when planning a party. But, at this point, we wanted and got a very clean facility, friendly staff, a soft play area that could accommodate a range of age groups, and some games and prizes. Our package included food and drinks for the guests and gift bags for the kids to take home. Yes, the pizza was ordered from the shop next door but we didn't mind. When we left the other place, there were kids running around unattended, parents arguing in the parking lot and we ended up with food poisoning. When we all left this place, we had smiles on our faces and other parents telling us what a great time their child had. We will be back!

My 2 year old had so much fun here. I heard there were new owners so we gave it it try again. The staff was very nice. There is a separate area for little kids which is perfect. It isnt a big giant place, its perfect size that your little ones dont get lost. A handful of arcade games and the party rooms look nice. We got there opening at 1030 on a Saturday and it wasnt too busy till around 1:00 when the partys started. Will definalty go back.

I recently visted this place for a party my child was attending. This place was very underwhelming to say the least. They had maybe 6-8 arcade games and about 3 of them were working. Not only were the games terrible but, you needed to use 2 tokens! One game in particular I think was "rigged". It was the game where you bop the aligators with the mallot. There were about 6 aligators that would pop out and you had to hit them with the mallot when they popped out. My son was hitting those aligators with all of his might but would only get credit for hitting one or two. So I decided to play the game myself. In doing so I discovered that there were two aligators in particular that if you hit them, you would get points for. So, if you hit any of the remaning 4 aligators, you didn't get any credti. What a rip off! Not to mention that there was no toilet seat covers or paper towels in the bathrooms. Nor was there any soap! You couldn't bring in food from the outside but, they can order pizza from the local pizza parlor and have it delivered! As for having a hostess in the party room...ha what a joke! She brought in the pizza and left. She didn't even clean up that parents attending the party did!!! This party was free for my child and I but, I would not spend $5 (let alone the $20 per child it cost to have a party). I will stick with Chuck E. Cheese. It's worth the money! All of their games work, they cooked their own food, and their games are only one token each, and they is actually someone at the counter when you go to cash in your tickets!

Completely disappointed. Out of the maybe 10 games they have almost all of them were either broken/not working correctly, out of order or out of tickets. One guy was running around trying to do everything. I practically gave them my money for the games since once you buy tokens you're stuck with them. Older kids were all in the toddler area (ages 0-3) throwing balls at younger kids.....needless to say, don't waste your money. $8 might not be much to get you in the door but there are better places around here.

We have held 2 toddler birthday parties at Hullabaloo Amusement Center. The 1st was my daughter's 2nd birthday (Sept. 2010) with 10 friends. They had fun running around and playing in the soft play area. They loved climbing, zip lining, shooting balls, sliding, ect. It was so much better than cleaning my house up and having all of those kids running around my house (it was too cold outside to play). The next year (2011) we did the same thing and none of the parents complained that it was at the same locations. This year we plan to have my son's 2nd birthday there. The staff has always been friendly and helpful during our party experiences.Yes there are some cons (not too much space for parents to sit and not many arcade games but we were hosting a toddler party) but when you all party going kids nap on the way home you know you have a .... WINNER!We have also visited several times each year (2010-current) for the kids to burn off energy especially during the cold months or rainy days.

I find the other reviews a little harsh, so I will try to neutralize it a bit. Nice indoor playground for your kids, esp. in the winter. It's safe, enclosed, fully padded, spacious, ample seating, and clean for a good price. I don't mind the "bad" food (as claimed by others) so much, one can always pack a sandwich or cereal bar so it's not a big deal. Wi-Fi would be nice, but don't most people have that on their phones already? The arcade is obviously a supplement to their main feature and not the attraction.

I had my daughter's 3rd birthday party here and it was a very pleasant experience. The only negative comment I have is that one of her friend's parents brought his little sister, who was a baby that was barely crawling. The center charged me for the baby! I vaguely remember something in the fine print saying they would charge for any child under 54 inches so I didnt complain, but I think that is really nickle and diming you since the baby didnt play on the equipment or eat the food, why would she count?Other than that, the staff was attentive, the place was clean, the food for the kids was good (pizza or hot dogs), and it above all it was reasonably priced (~$165 for 11 kids for 2+ hours).

First of all I do have to agree that this place is still under progress it's very new so I am understanding to that. It's a nice place to go on a rainy day and just let my 4 yr old run his lil' heart out.....it's not too impressive but it works.....heres my problems....I visited Hullabaloo in December, 2010 right around the holidays, I've already visited Hullabaloo before, and was back again, but my experience in December has lead me to write this review......It was not crowded (which was nice) BUT the lady running the place had her kids with her, two older girls, they were running around the place the whole time like they owned the place. In and out of snack bar with drinks and snacks...at one point we needed change and couldnt find anyone, we looked in the "party rooms" and there was the worker, the snack bar attendant and the two girls having a lil dining part of their own. When we finally did get someone out there were got our change asap but then comes the snack bar....they straight up had Pats Pizzeria there and it was old and stale and the snack bar attendant said they could order pies but it would take 20 minutes.....I couldve did that myself..i dunno, just thought that was a lil "ghetto"... and a TON of their arcade games were out of order so that arcade section was particularly pathetic.....so finally when it was about 30 mins before closing the workers and the girls started cleaning and picking up for the day. The girls were cleaning up the balls and when my son and other kids went to play with them one of the girls yelled at them to stop playing with the balls....they didn't close for a whole 1/2 hr. I thought that was definitely not fair and neither did any of the other parents there that day. Based on my last experience I will NEVER GO BACK...EVER! It was despicable....

I had to respond to the only other review on here about Hulabaloo because it's unfair. Hulabaloo isn't the most polished, feature rich place to take your kids but the upside is worth the visit. The main apparatus kept my daughter occupied with other kids for several hours. The arcade games are sparse and can get expensive. The food needs work too but the ice cream selection was adequate for kids. I think they need Wi-Fi for adults and a better selection of arcade games. Some homemade food would be a welcome addition. They just need to focus on keeping the adults happy too cause kids are easy to keep occupied. If groups of Parent's can congregate with decent food & amenities then they'll gladly drag their kids along :)I know i would.

Don't even bother visiting this place! You will take one look around and see that you are better off taking your kids to Chuckie Cheese or the movies. This place has a pathetic little arcade area and a small jungle gym set up, but not much else. Really awful "fun" center
