While visiting family in Ducktown, TN we visited Wildwater Rafting inquiring about Ziplining. We were greeted by Hannah who answered all our questions. There were 6 in our group and 4 were absolutely terrified of heights. Hannah explained the entire course to us and encouraged us to give it a try that "we would love it". Hannah also let us know that we could go on Groupon and get a discount. We made the reservations through Groupon and booked the trip. 4 out of the 6 ended up doing the tour (2 backed out due to fears). We were greeted by Hannah and Zach who explained every step to us and made us feel very comfortable. After we practiced on their practice lines we went it to the first stop. Anxiety was setting in but both Zach and Hannah calmed us and we went on and had an absolute fantastic time. Ziplining was never on my bucket list but now that I completed it, I have added it. I definitely recommend going if your in the area. We went in October which was extra special due to the leaves changing. I Highly recommend Wildwaters and especially Hannah and Zach as your tour guides.

We drove from Franklin, NC to the Ocoee river, which is about an hour and a half drive. We had done the Nantahala river, but wanted some more "serious" rapids. The drive was worth it bc the Ocoee was great! The class 3-4 rapids proved to be way more exciting than the class 2-3 rapids on the Nantahala. Our guide was Andy who was phenomenal. If you're fearless definitely sit in the front!

We took the entire family for my son's 25th birthday. We did the Zipline Canopy Tour first then the rafting. They were both awesome. The guides were Hannah and Zach for zipping and Phil for rafting. Hannah and Zach were full of knowledge about the area and told some great stories. We chewed on a Sassafras leaf. The rafting was incredible and Phil made sure we go the FULL experience! We will be back! We have some great photos to prove it.

The Wildwater Adventure Center in Ducktown, TN came highly recommended by a student at Young Harris College. We were there for our 21st wedding anniversary and we also had a young couple on their honeymoon. Torrey and Andy did a great job explaining the how to's and the safety aspects of Ziplinning. They told us a lot about the history of the area and kept it interesting and fun with local flavor and plenty of jokes along the way. Hannah did a great job taking pictures that we have loved sharing with friends and family. Definitely two of the best hours of our vacation!

Absolutely fantastic experience the whole day through! Freindly staff and great atmosphere! Clean facilities and great food and drinks at the Bar.

We had a terrific half-day trip on the Middle Ocoee with Wildwater. Everything about this place, and our guide Ryan, exceeded our expectations. Great facilities and equipment, and Ryan's considerable skill on the river made for an exceptionally fun trip! Thanks!

Terrific trip. We rafted the Middle Ocoee with Wildwater rafting, and it was amazing. They were extremely professional, from the safety overview to the equipment and service. Our guide, Ryan, was amazing. He is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. Plus, he took his time going downriver, picking and choosing the best rapids and locations -- this wasn't a rapid, straight shot down the rapids like some of the other tours, we got the full river experience.

We take an annual get-away-for-a-day for the company and have used Wildwater almost exclusively. Go during the secret season for a secluded trip. Always a blast, newly renovated bath house facilities and a bar to hang out in afterwards makes it a great choice for groups small and large. We will be back again next year!

We had a group of four. The guid that did the instructions before we left was very lively and did a great job explaining safety and how to stay in the boat. Our guide on the river was awesome. We had a great experience overall and would definately go back. It was the first time for a couple of us and a couple had gone before. We all really enjoyed ourselves. The company was very professional and organized. Everyone seemd very happy with the trip overall. Thank you for a great time! Mindy B

We had a great experience rafting the Middle Ocoee this past weekend - beautiful area, great rapids, and an excellent trip. Our guide Ryan was outstanding - 15+ years guiding, awesome sense of humor, and a really epic beard as well. (Other rafters seemed to love their guides as well, even the ones with less epic beards.) The class 3 + 4 rapids were fun and challenging, and we all had an excellent time. Wildwater had great equipment as well - other outfits seemed to have cheesy ill fitting PFDs, so the quality gear from this company was much appreciated. The bathroom/locker area was also really nice and clean, and the restaurant/bar looked great as well. We all left eager to return and will do the longer full day trip next time. Thanks again Ryan and Wildwater for an excellent day!

Today was my second rafting trip on the Ocoee this month with Wildwater. It is an amazing experience I would suggest to anyone considering it. The company is very professional, with experienced and well trained guides, well maintained and cleaned equipment, very nice restrooms (with showers), even a great little bar/ snack bar for food and drinks after your trip. Alex was our guide both times, and he did a phenomenal job, knowledgeable, passionate about the river, great clear instructions, and doing everything he could to give us a great fun trip.But all the guides and staff we have interacted with have been wonderful; Alex, Murphy who was a kayak guide our first ride, Ryan, and several other guides/ staff whose names I didn't catch. I can't rave enough about how fun rafting the Ocoee is, and how impressed I am with this company. We will absolutely go back again.

We have used wildwater limited on all of their available rivers for over 15 years. We have rafted at least once every two years - always with the same company. They are always professional. Their rafts are new and equipment is well maintained. The guides are always educational and spirited. We had the honor of rafting with Andy this Saturday and had a great time. We made friends with our boat mates and had a beer at their on site bar/deli. Our photos are professional and look great - worth the cost for the Internet download package. You guys and girls are the best when it comes to rafting.

Even in late September the Ocoee is flowing strong. We had a great time with Wildwater Rafting. The staff were very friendly and helpful and above all knowledgeable of the river and the rafting experience to make it super fun for us. The facility was very clean and nice as well. We will use them again for other trips. Thanks again to our guide Murphy! He was great!

First time white water rafting. Went with friend from gym & brought 2 16 year old boys. Found Wildwater Ltd. from advice from my friend who had already used them for years. They did not disappoint, our guide Ryan was amazing & personable. He has over 10 years experience with this same company & navigated us perfectly through the rapids as well as gave us lots of history & random, cool facts & shared experiences with us to keep the time exciting during transitions of rapids. He made our trip feel exciting, as if it was his first of the season when in fact it was his last combo of the season. Great energy & enthusiasm for showing us a good time. I would definatly recommend Wildwater Ltd. Rafting to my friends & I would use them again myself so definatly give them a try. The warm shower at the end of the day was perfect too!!

Our guide Andy was very knowledgeable about the area and kept the chatter going during the slower areas. He made the whole experience fun and made us all feel like awesome paddlers ( even though we were anything but). Great experience!
