Great family friendly facilities; sand volleyball, batting cages, disc golf, walking trails, and boat ramps. The area is very well kept and is a great place to spend time with your family. The batting cages are very nice, as well as the sand volleyball courts, no grass or clumpy areas on the court. The restroom facilities are fairly clean for a public restroom on the lake and the area is safe for all ages. The docks are also great to fish off of!

This park has ball fields, batting cages, trails, Basketball courts, boat ramps walking/jogging area.You can fish Boone Lake that runs alongside the park.Concession stands are open during ball games.Very close to town.

Lakefront park. Boat ramp. Volleyball, disc golf course, walking/ running oval, hiking trails, athletic fields, and an historic 18th Century cabin.

This park is well lit and has a nice running track that circulates the baseball fields! It is always kept clean and has nice walking trails as well! I always feel safe going to this area.

this was an ok park with playground . Would not make it a destination place but if you have children that need to run a bit this will work.

The park is more know for Softball fields, batting catch and soccer fields. However, there is a walking path on the outside of the 4 softball fields. It is level and easy to walk.

Love winged Deer Park. Located on Boone Lake the sitting is beautiful. There is always events going on there such as Dragon Boat Races, the Symphony and softball tournaments . Great place for a family to visit. Extremely safe.

One part of this complex is for softball with clean bathroom and grounds, walking trails, and a concession stand with many food options . The park has a welcoming feel for visitors. The other part consists of a large grassy area playground with a wooden walking bridge built over a lake, with a lovely gazebo at the end of the bridge. People can picnic or fish from this bridge and gazebo. The scenery is beautiful and relaxing.

they have a great disk golf course here that takes you through the park with a lot of different targets a good walk. enjoy the walking trail (it is paved and lighted at night) if you have a boat or want to fish go to the other side of the road and they have playground for the little ones. usually very clean and if there are a lot of people there the amount of room in the park makes it seem empty

Large, open, clean, and safe. The Sheriff patrols are good and you have little to worry about, if anything at all.

There is a easy, paved walking trail through the woods that leads to fields of bluebells planted by mother nature. BEAUTIFUL!

Nice park to take your kids. I remember when this place was built, it has baseball fields as well as soccer.

We enjoyed a day at the park. It's a beautiful place with great walking trails and a nice fishing area along the lake. Our only complaint is the trash in the lake. It was a mess!

Nice clean park. Great for a picnic and letting the kids play. The ball fields are well maintained. Thursday night's in June They show free movies. In July there is concerts on Thursday night's.

Wish we would have had more time to enjoy it, but it's simply beautiful! The mountain views are amazing.
