My family and I decided we wanted to do something close to home so we decided on a ghost tour of Jonesborough. The tour was great with just the right amount of history and excitement. I would recommend it for tourists and locals!!

My girlfriend and I had always thought the ghost shows in tv were interesting but could never decide together whether or not to believe it. When we stepped into their office and had a long conversation about what we would be doing and previous experiences my girlfriend and i got very excited and booked a tour... the first of many we have been to now. This group of investigators are amazing and use their deep knowledge to really create opportunities for any visitors to find the exact experience you're looking for. These tours are still a very frequently visited discussion between my girlfriend and I. The group really are a group of amazing people and I've really enjoyed listening to them tell stories of their experiences. They are very enthusiastic which makes the night so much more fun. TRY IT... you won't regret it for a second

They had a lot of interesting things to say about the house also had done their research on the property. Robb and Kathy had awesome stories of the history of the property and the equipment was cool to see. A lot of activity. The team was very laid back and funny. Made the night fly by. JJ the security guard and Jeri were hilarious. Very entertaining. Highly recommend them. Team was professional and made you feel safe having security. Thanks again. Can't wait for next tour.

This was my first time going on a cemetary tour and I really liked the expierence that I had, despite it being cold out and at night. Robb and Kathy and their team members were very nice and professional. I look forward to coming back to Jonesboro for another tour. Me and some friends took a tour with Robb and Kathy to the Civil War Hospital in Limestone and was really impressed with the history of the place. The house was just gorgeous! We really got excited when the K2 meter went off after Robb asked if one of the people that haunted this house, was indeed one of the people that died here. It was creepy to say the least but we had a really good time. I plan on coming back to Jonesboro for another ghost tour or investigation with Robb and Kathy.

This tour was done with a group of 15. It was professional and successful. Everyone was quiet until we took a break, during that time you don't have to be quiet. We did have one team member that got pretty excited a couple of times when she was getting activity in another area. I don't call this unprofessional. These people left during the first break. You cant get activity right away, we have to ask the right questions and let the spirits know we are not there to harm them. I'm sorry they were dissatisfied, and would have made this right with them IF WE HAD KNOWN. If they wanted a private tour then that's what they should have ask for because we offer those too. Might I add they came to our office at 4:00 telling us they are ready to go on the tour, and that we told them 4:00. knowing it wasn't going out till 7:30. I rechecked my email and it was 7:30. I think the problem began there with their attitude and if they hadn't already prepaid they wouldn't have came back. They had a very nice professional camera and they never took not one picture.

I did book the tour myself which was for a wed evening. I had to go out of town. The tour guide thought that particular tour was for that Friday. There was another one booked for earlier that day in another area. He explained to the customer what happened and apologized only to be cursed, yelled at and ridiculed. The tour guide was willing to drop what he was doing and give them the tour they paid for but would have to wait 20 mins. for him to get there, until the customer started name calling and acting irate. He also tried to make it good but nothing worked. I did not keep his info once the transaction had went through, everyone knows a credit card machine takes its time to go through and no one should keep their personal info. I did speak to this man and tried to get his money back to him asap by check or cash but he turned it down. He started yelling and name calling again and hung up on me. I did call back a week later and tried to tell his wife the credit card co if refunding his money but she also hung up on me before I could tell her anything.We have had this business for 5 years and never had this to happen before. Might I add I am glad this mistake happened because the way these people acted...who knows what they would have done if we made a mistake on something with them there. A blessing in disguise!

The ghost tour was a good way to get history on the town and also hear about reported sightings throughout Jonesborough. Robb had some really creepy haunted stories to tell about the homes in town. He took his time with us and would not draw our attention torwards anything unless he thought it was truly spirit related. The EVP session was my favorite part...we heard voices that were similar or may have actually been those of some of our relatives that have passed. Along with the voices, the unexplained shadows, the lights going out and orbs in our photos, we all believed we had additional guests with us!Hope and Patrick Rutherford County TN
