True Nature Healing Arts is a sanctuary for yoga lovers, spiritual seekers, and open-minded folks from all walks of life. The staff are caretakers of the highest order, and Eaden and Deva, the owners, are the embodiment of integrity and humility. True Nature Healing Arts is a gift. Be sure and visit!

True Nature is a very unique destination for anyone interested in a personal growth. The grounds include gardens, a labyrinth, and a reflexology walk that are free and open to the public. You can even access them from the bike trail from Aspen to Glenwood Springs that goes through Carbondale.In side the building there is a kitchen with healthy food, cold-pressed juices, and wonderful teas. The tea service is lovely with a reasonable selection of quality teas. There is a small spa for facials and massages, interesting hand-made gifts, and a large yoga studio upstairs.During the summer, they offer free yoga in an outdoor yoga spiral. Their website lists all of the workshops, classes, music, events, etc. happening there.It is definitely worth a visit or three...
