If your looking for a good value in an elk hunt go no farther. Steve G. is an elk hunter not just an outfitter or guide. He knows elk and how to hunt them. I highly recommend a hunt with him.

We began the evening with a shuttle bus trip from downtown Crested Butte to the staging area for the horse drawn sleighs. There were two sleighs with two horses pulling each one. Blankets helped keep us cozy as we went through the night to the little cabin for dinner. The service at the restaurant was excellent, but the dinner merits probably three stars. It was tasty, but the highlight of the evening was the sleigh ride. The food was tasty, but not spectacular. It was a great evening and I'd love to go again the next time I'm in Crested Butte.
