nelson farms

Two occassions this year when we purchased items that we asked to have shipped. This first time, they were busy but that is to be expected it was the holiday open house, and when I said I want this shipped, I got the eye rolling, wow this will cost you extra and the box is extra and it sounded like they didn't want to do it. The second time we arrived close to when they were closing and asked to have it shipped, we were the only ones in the store, and again...this will cost you more, and it's takes along time to do the UPS form, and etc....so the girl asked if we could come back the next day to take care of it, so we agreed and then....the next day about 1/2 hour into opening we got the moaning of shipping out again. It they advertise they will ship, just ship it and smile and be happy you have customers. Very disapointed in the sales people at Nelson Farms, not willing to ship!
