Hi - Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your visit to Calypso's Cove. Our arcade, mini golf course & Pizza Hut Express all open at 11am daily with the remainder of our attractions opening at 2pm. We apologize about you & your family not being able to use the go-karts - unfortunately, the weather was not cooperating with us while you were here. While we do try our very best to dry the tracks after it rains & get the cars running again, it is not always possible. As for the arcade games that were not working for you - we apologize for this inconvenience. We have a games technician on duty at all times to help with any problems that may arise. Having said that, we hope that you & your family will decide to come & visit us again soon.

We want to be sure that you're aware of all of our money saving options - First, there is no admission price to Calypso's Cove; everybody is free to come in. You are able to pay as you play - we have bulk ticket savings (the more tickets you buy, the more you save), Family Fun Deal (discounted package that includes food, drinks, attraction tickets & arcade tokens for 4), and daily specials during the week. We also offer coupons in some CNY coupon books. As for the issue you had with a team member - please be assured that this is being looked into. Many people enjoy CC after a day in Old Forge as it is something fun for the whole family to do after hours. We have rides/games/attractions for all ages and we offer Family Fun Deals to make it affordable! We're always looking for new and exciting additions which is why this year, we did a total arcade make-over, added a new Trackside BBQ menu, & installed a Zip Line. Hi, I'm sorry that you had a less than impressive experience during your trip to Calypso's Cove. All of your comments help us to see where we can improve and in turn helps us to become better. Most of the issues that you ran into could have been taken care of on site had you sought out a manager. I apologize that a ride attendant was rude to you - that's unacceptable & should not have happened. If you had brought that situation as well as the bathroom condition, broken golf putter & bumper boat pool to the attention of the manager on duty, all problems could have been solved right then. Unfortunately, for safety rules & regulations, we are unable to operate Go Karts in the rain. Running into other Go Karts is also against safety rules that are put in place to make the ride safe and fun for all guests. Again, the yelling from the ride attendant should not have happened and I apologize for that. Every single year we continue to make improvements to better our business. This past year we re-vamped the arcade and Pizza Hut Express areas. Both areas got a make-over - new paint, carpeting, counters, signage, some new equipment, etc. We've also added a brand new state-of-the-art Zip Line. Again, we appreciate you taking the time to tell us about your visit as it helps us to fix the problems. Mini-golf provided a good hour of fun. Go-Karts were nice. Bumper Boats looked fun...too chilly for us to go on them when we were there. Arcade was small, but fun for rainy days.

I was really disappointed in this place. The tickets are $5 for one ride, but it's 4 minutes long. For a family of 4 you are spending $20 on a 4 minute ride. They go-carts and bumper cars are nothing to write home about and half of them didn't even work. The arcade games are crappy and everything is so dark you can't see what you are doing. We left after a half hour and spent $50! We spent less than that at the water park for the whole day! The "Pizza Hut" express is gross with hardly any items to choose from. The only good thing about that place was the nice delivery driver who came to our campsite.

The kids love the go-carts!!! We try to go during less busy times of the day. Older kids tend to run up and down the walk-way so watch your little ones so that they do not get knocked over.

I'm there with my 7 year old daughter and two out of the three ticket machines are out of order and there were 6 kids in line ahead of us that had collected 5000 tickets between them that we were behind. I asked if we could just tally them up since their machines were out of order and we were told that we could not simply count our tickets and tell them how many there were (like the old days). I asked the "manager" what would happen if the 3rd machine died and he said "that wouldn't happen because that one is very reliable". So the 6 kids let us cut and tally up our 200 tickets and after my daughter had picked out most of her items from the display area, she was over by 4 freakin tickets and the woman behind the counter made her put back one of the toys she had selected! I will never give them another penny of my hard earned money.

good to kill some times-actually my kids in a short period of time accumulated a record number of tickets ,and got some decent stuff. Did not use the other attractions this time,though the go karts were fun last time. Only one machine to cash in tickets--nightmarish!! that has to change. I guess they did not want sevral people at once trying to buy prices with a non english speaking employee.
