This is by far worst casino I've been to. Customer service does not exist, staff and security are , nasty. The place is filthy, when you need help with mashine, you have to wait like over 40 minutes, and when they come, the looks on the face says it all. And what's up with checking purses?! I would rather drive for couple hours to Sands or Mohegan Sun, where you are appreciated.

First, not enough handicap parking, had to pay to valet. No coat check, have it nobody working. All the nice restaurants were closed during the day, had to eat in food court that was absolutely disgusting. Nice big bar with hundreds of people ONE friggin bartender, unreal. My opinion of the casino, dirty, floors were gross. The nice appeal you see on TV a lie!!!! Felt like I was in the slums. Would never ever go back or recommend to anyone, not ever!!!!!!!! Stay away take the time and go to Mohegan Sun!!!!! I don't have one positive thing to say about this city dump.

This is definitely a good place to go if you want to go home, broke, depressed and wake up the next day thinking why did I go back again. You can't really win and you can't even get a free drink. Don't do it...It's not worh the time and it is a complete waste of time. Find a better hobby, the gym or the movies with some popcorn and you will have spent 50 bucks and still have a lot of money for work or buy clothing...Simply put...this place is a disaster.

Wow... Where to even begin? First off, like an idiot, this is my third time at this dump of a place. I live in Mineola, so it's a quick ride in comparison to Atlantic City. Right there is where the comparison ends. Each time I have been to this place, the experience gets worse. First of all, the people here are complete degenerates. I can only pray I don't appear like the majority of these people, as it's truly a sight for sore eyes. Clearly people win here, although I have not been as fortunate, as even with the little bit I go and gamble with, never ever comes home with me. The slots suck you dry within seconds. Before I knew it last night I was 100 bucks down and I hadn't been sitting for more than 5 mins. The Sex and the City machine completely crapped out on me and froze with about 3 bucks left in the machine. I hit the service button and just for the sake of this review I decided to wait around to see just how long it would take to get help. Needless to say, if I had waited, I would still be there, and certainly not writing this review. No one even came. This place is nothing like A. C. which saddens me to think that AC is probably eventually going down. In terms of cleanliness, it's not so bad here, although the bathrooms leave a little to be desired. I guess the highlight of my 90 minute stay was seeing two men, both around the age of 80, nearly get into a fist fight over a slot machine they both wanted. Needless to say, security separated them and allowed them to go their seperate ways. In AC, one would have been tossed by security the second something like this was to go down. The place is a joke... And I am never going back. Buy a dollar scratch off and save your time and money.

Resorts World is a great way to spend a fun evening in Queens. There are slot machines, of course, but in addition, there is music and dancing - if slots aren't your thing. Bar 360 is fun and energetic - they have had some great old-school bands and performers. Bus and train access is also a plus. If you go in the daytime, during the late fall/winter, you can even catch a horserace or two. The only drawback to the RWC are the bartenders at Bar 360: they are quite slow and uncaring-but they have a 20% tip already included on all checks, so that's most likely why they don't care if you die of thirst.

Definitely not your average evening, so much todo dance, drink, eat and gamble all in one place so much fun!

I love the free bus service pick up drop off so easy Empire should take a lesson from you a casino with a free bus however I love to go to the casino the bus service is what brings me there and I hope you never change it

When it first opened, this was a terrific place to relax, drink, watch the huge TV and listen to the pretty good bands.All of that has changed. I think it's because they have tightened the slots to the point where you should just save your gas and travel time and mail them a check. Because you will not be winning a dime. All of your money will disappear. If you need to get rid of some money in a hurry, here is where you go.A few years from now, you will be reading about this place in the news. That's all.Now, if you enjoy having a beer and watching sports, it is still okay for that. But know that the clientele, which used to be diverse and classy, and changed dramatically, and so govern yourself accordingly. I won't be back even though it's close by. I will take my money down to Atlantic City, where I at least have a chance to win.

One of the largest casinos I've seen in my life. Lots of cheap eats free parking and very very clean. I had some fun just a pain to drive to. Not a really high roller type of place. No table games at all. Kinda fun.

This is a good place to go spend the evening hit in the slot machines they have some table games...I particularly liked his place much better then empire city in Yonkers...it just appears to be bigger and cleaner the overall appearance is much nicer...they also have a very good steakhouse RW prime we had some very good food at this place

the food and drinks are expensive! you don't get anything free from this casino, I play a lot here and I noticed they tightened up all the slot machine,you can never win here!!! a very very greedy casino!!!! I wish they close this casino!
