We had a groupon, so we went for lunch. We sat at a really nice booth that made us feel like we were almost in a private room. It had high walls all around and was really nice and cozy. Service was great, as was the food. To be fair, we did go at an off-hour and were only one of 2 sets of people there. I dont know if we would have had the same service if it was busy, but we will go back and try it again. We enjoyed our meals and had no complaints!

OK, so it's basically a neighborhood pub. A really big one with exactly the kind of bar food you want to eat in a pub. It also has a patio out back that feels like a whole different bar in a way. I've been here a bunch of times, mostly when it's nice out to hang out at that bar in back for Happy Hour. If you're a big St. Paddy's day person, you probably should come here for that -- but not if you don't like crowds. OK, let's face it, on St. Paddy's Day, Cannons is a zoo. (But a fun zoo!)

The food was good. They had beer on tap which made my husband happy. The staff was very friendly. They were able to accommodate our group of 7 very easily. It was not overly noisy so we could enjoy our conversation with each other.

I really come here for the brunch. Aside from getting a tasty brunch, they have live Irish music beginning around 1:00 PM on Sundays. This is the biggest draw for me. There seem to be 2-3 musicians that are there whenever I go and then a rotating group that join them at different times. The music is fantastic. They redid the place to look like a 'castle' which was a mistake if you ask me, but you can't beat a lazy Sunday brunch with good food and good live music.

Awful, dark, dreary and it smelled like stale beer. Service abominable. Do need to say more. Eat elsewhere.
