This is a really small distillery, but it's interesting to see how they make their booze (in a garage, no less). They have a great tasting and the prices are reasonable for a wide variety of products.

We enjoyed the tour and tasting. They have a nice gift shop. They produce several different products, such as vodka, rum, gin and whiskey. The tour comes with 4 tastings and you have the option to pay a little more and get a glass too. Arrive as close to the top of the hour as you can to decrease your wait time as the tours start at the top of the hour, but they have a nice area for you to sit and chill out until the tour begins. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed this tour and tasting. Very interesting and tasty! We did have to wait about 55 minutes as we missed the start of the tour. But we walked over to The Burger & Bun and enjoyed a great lunch,

I missed the last tour of the day, but still had the chance to sample some of their products. I tried their whiskey, though they also have gin and rum varieties. It is an artisan distillery, meaning everything is made in small batches, which also means prices will be higher than standard big label stuff. I opted for a rye whiskey, wishing I could afford more. It's a shame they don't have smaller bottles for sale.

The place is a hoot! Some of the more interesting libations I have encountered. We did not do a tour since we understood the processes but our tasting coordinator did a fabulous job of explaining each product. You are not likely to find so many unique beverages in one place. We bought a bottle of the Rye-Maggedon and really enjoyed it. Hats off to their endeavors. Go take a look.

Nice distillery, run and staffed by committed owners and staff. The tour takes you through the workings of the plant which is nothing more than a big garage. The still is the smallest I have seen (50 gallons?) and the bottling line is also. So to produce as much as this place does requires dedication to the craft. Tours are on the hour with tastings on the end of the tour. The quality of the distilling process shines through at the tasting. I recommend the gins and the RED absinthe. Yep, red, not green.

When we walked in, I wasn't sure I was in the right place. They have a spacious reception area. A young man greeted us and invited us to sit on a couch while he told us a bit about the distillery. Afterward we went into the warehouse where the alcohol is made. It's a small facility, but a lot is going on. He showed us the still, the bottling area, some barrels, testing and experimentation, along with some fun stories.Before we left we had a chance to sample some of the products. There's wasn't any Bourbon, but they had a number of other drinks to try.

The distillery is on the square in old downtown Bowling Green. The reception and tasting area is quite nice and very expansive. We were pleasantly greeted by one of the workers and asked if we wanted to go on a tour and have a tasting. Tours are every hour on the hour; reservations are not required but tour sizes are limited – if you want a tour at a certain time, get on line and reserve your spaces in advance.I went to this artisan Distillery expecting a quick, gloss-over tour but got a very thorough and comprehensive tour. It is a single batch pot distillery in a small ware house area and its scale is truly artisan with about 250 50 gallon batches a year and hand bottling and labeling. The unique feature is a still with an infuser system to add essences (herbal flavors, etc.) as well as a simple bubble cap column. Since I am into the details of distillation, I asked a lot of questions and each was answered completely and openly. The tour was about 30 minutes and then we went back to the tasting area for a pleasant tasting.The tasting was $5 per person and it was enjoyable and thorough in explaining the different spirits. They have about 15 different spirits to taste but they are limited by the State to 1 oz. total tasting per person, so they have limited it to 4 individual ¼ oz. tastes of your choice. They have used barrels for sale – 30 gal., and sometimes smaller barrels. They also have glasses and a few other knickknacks available for purchase. If you are into details of spirits manufacture, this is a great tour.

I was recently visiting family in the Bowling Green area and saw this Distillery on Trip Advisor. Upon visiting their website I found they offered complimentary tours and tastings. I convinced my family to go with me even though spirits are not really their thing. I figured a free tour and tasting would be fun and perhaps I would find a new label to drink! Upon arrival we found that the Corsair website is outdated and that the hours and prices are incorrect. The tours were $5, not complimentary. I pulled up the website and showed the two employees that it did in fact say "complimentary" and they both agreed it was incorrect. Rather than honor what they advertised and waive the fee (I'd already purchased an item that was more than the one ticket btw) they simply said they would inform the owner of the inaccuracy. This really surprised and disappointed me and since my family had only gone for my sake we opted to leave. I'm not saying I think $5 is a bad price, but I really have a problem with false advertising and not honoring your companies website. It's bad business!

The tour was great. Had a great variety of whiskeys, gin, and shine. Love the person who gave us the tour. I would definitely recommend this tour. They are remodeling and it is a little hard to find. Once the remodel is finished it will be fantastic. Everything is done by hand. It was a wonderful experience. It is free and you had a free tasting of the product line.

I was on the way home from Nashville when I decided it would be worth the effort to take an excursion to Corsair in Bowling Green. I was quite happy I did. Although a very small operation, the staff was truly engaged in providing a world class tour through the spirits making process. The tour concluded with a free tasting of their products. I'd say if you're in the area and looking to do something for an hour or so, check them out.

This is a quirky little distillery in downtown Bowling Green. A friendly guy gave an informative tour. You could tell he was personally invested in the process. He encouraged questions and photos. Afterward, there was an opportunity to taste test and purchase their products. We enjoyed it.

Around the corner from the Bowling Green square is this small artisan distillery which gives visitors an intimate experience of their single still and complete bottling operation. The uniqueness is their ability to infuse various herbs and edibles into their products yielding more than a dozen products, such as their version of absinthe and a barrel aged gin! The staff is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their adventures in artisan beverages. It is a fun change from the large distilleries on the Bourbon Trail. We bought the herbal gin and the smoky bourbon.

We visited Corsair over the Memorial Day weekend. The place was difficult to find; it has a side entrance that is basically a garage door. Once inside, the place did NOT have asthetic appeal. It's basically a dirty old garage with a bar in the front. The most redeeming quality was the staff. Not sure if it was the owner we talked with, but he was so informative and accomodating that we really did enjoy our visit to Corsair. I didn't know much about Bourbon or Whiskey and he took the time to educate my husband and I about the different types of Whiskey. He also was very generous in allowing us to sample the Bourbon. Their product is very good and we ended up bringing a bottle of the Vanilla Bean home with us. Corsair could probably really enhance their business by establishing a more appealing retail presence.

stopped by as we'd missed their Nashville distillery - first of all, this place is really small and tours are generally only on Fri/Sat so check first.really excellent craft distillery where you can try and buy (sadly not for us as we were flying home and had limited space).loved the Ryemageddon and the Triple Smoke - at any one time they might also supply a few 'guest' spirits - I think there was a 1776 rye which was outstanding.definitely worth a sly visit on your way to or from the Corvette museum.
