Great place to play putputt golf. Sorry to say, but the staff the day we were there did not have a clue about the air return, belts, etc. Young kids who have never been underground. The museum was set up well. We enjoyed the interactive video, but the museum needs to be expanded hopefully to share the Sago, and Crew Creek disasters. We are a coal mining family and thought the Heart was put in this attraction.

We like to take our grandkids to Coal Country. They love it, we love it and it is good family fun. I like how they always change it up a bit so no matter how often you go you will find a challenge. I can't wait until Halloween to take the grandkids again. The staff does a great job of making it exciting and fun for all!

This course is very challenging. It is definitely hard to get your score under par, or maybe I am just not so great at mini golf. lol It is designed to be challenging though. I've been to many mini golf courses from local to Tennessee, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and a few other states. This one out of all of them has been the toughest. We did have a good day of fun though, and the course design is definitely a cool and interesting one. From giant fans, to water trolleys, to sand traps, and even the uneven layout of the course it created a true challenge. My husband and I had a great time even though we were both over par for most of the holes. This is a good place to come on a date or just even out with friends.

We love mini golf -- and this place is AWESOME. It's completely in the middle of no where, but it's full of crazy pipes, old coal cars and rails, and all sorts of other tricky and fun gimmicks. Love it. Worth a drive!

We went with our children and had a blast! The course is made up of historical coal mine artifacts and each hole has a nice description of the artifact. If you make the last hole you get a ticket for a free round! There is also batting cages, food and beverage, and a little coal mine museum. The prices are decent, we paid a little under $20 for 2 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed it and will probably go back while were in town.
