Right on Lake Pontchartrain. Nice variety of games and it was very nice to be able to enjoy the casino without inhaling cigarette smoke. Great job!

Expected what I think of as a casino buffet, plenty of choices attractively served. Food choices were disappointing and the arrangement and display were very disappointing. Several of the serving dishes were nearly empty. the waitress who serviced my table was virtually non existent.

Horrible from valet to their expensive disgusting buffet. No one is friendly here. No one "knows your name." The food was awful, the young Latino female taking the coupons seemed like she was struggling to count the money. The food seemed like it was fresh out of the can for 25$. They ran out of coffee cups. Valet took forever with my vehicle, I asked to speak to a supervisor and he seemed more interested in my wife than anything I had to say. Very horrible experience.

Bad pay outs. ...not nice and Kenner police are being charged with taking licenses and sending false tickets. ...as crooked as NOLA gets

this was something to do to pass a little spare time. This was a medium sized casino. They had tables and slot machines - $0.01 machines un up in prices. A nice and clean facility with a steady flow of people.

We are looking forward to the springtime where the Treasure Chest holds outdoor concerts and crawfish boils. Counting the days to the spring crawfish boils!!!!

Well Treasure Chest has a non-smoking floor on the 3rd floor and tonight I won on Quick Hit. Whenever you win it's a plus, but the Casino is fun and they do bring drinks to your machine. Treasure Chest is at the end of Williams across the levee on Lake Pontchartrain. They have a shuttle service and valet. If you have a short layover it is about 5-10 minutes from the Airport and is a straight shot, good luck and have fun.

We had a couple of hours to kill before getting our flight home and saw the advertisement for this casino on highway while headed to Kenner. Parking was a breeze with a shuttle that brought you to the casino. They run frequently. The casino smelled like cigarette smoke when entering, but to my surprise there was a non-smoking (3rd )floor. We played a 1 cent machine while having free drinks. There was a variety of machines to play. It was not too crowded and the machines did pay pretty well. There was also a buffet and a snack counter to get something to eat at if hungry. It is not like a BIG casino, but kinda cute being located on an old time paddleboat.

Do not bother checking out the Treasure Chest, it is a shell of a casino. The only reason I decided to visit was it's proximity to the airport. The slots didn't pay, there are not many tables, and the service is subpar. I did end up having a fun and profitable few hours on the roulette table, but then they closed. Yes, a casino closed! To my dismay, they close at 3 a.m. Stick with Harrah's if you have a casino itch when visiting Nola.

I have been here numerous time because the wife just loves to piss away money. Apparently, so do I because every time I come here I just have to piss away 40-60 dollars on the slots.I can honestly say I have NEVER won anything more than 5 dollars playing any denomination.Spend the time and drive to Biloxi. Better casinos. Better payouts. Better everything.

This place wouldn't be bad if anybody in the place was friendly. The entire staff that I encountered were all morose. They couldn't have all had a death in the family on the same day. How depressing. They are either beaten with a stick or underpaid. Or both. If I was the pitboss, my dealers would be smiling and friendly. I blame the top guy. Get out of your office sir and make those folks smile. First of all how could you run out .they announced@415out of dishes /they were giving people that they knew (regulars )that were parking their cars ...my sister was parking hers .one of your employees was asked can I get Randy's because he is parking the car ,he said yes .... After I commented to him that it us not fair your employee whispered something into her ear ....really I hate to tell you but I'm not a red card holder either .then they announce we are out but giving you 20.00 freeplay ... Really you could not get on the boat every machine was taken ,they were holding machines ,they also were grabbing chairs &blocking isles . I visit many casinos & their are always problems when it comes to giveaways ,please try to explain to me how you have an event that is supposed to last 4hrs that can't even make it 2.... Who ever is handling marketing maybe needs to take a course in customer appreciation .i can't understand how this giveaway was so so messed up .the higher ups from Vegas really needs to view the survalence video to see how many people came & just picked up several & never even gambled but took away from your blue, & green card people who were shut out. Plus couldn't even get a parking spot .

We went to this casino for lunch. The fish is the best. Alto we tried everything on the buffet the fish really was the best!

I hardly ever to to casinos but I had some time to kill so dropped in late one evening. There's plenty of free parking where you can walk over or take a shuttle bus. The casino floor was small and quite smoky. Afterward my clothes reeked of cigarettes even though I tried to sit far away from the smokers. I sat at the bar and played video poker while the friendly bartender served free drinks. After I was down about 5 bucks I went over to slot machines and tried there. My luck was better although these days you don't have to really do anything - just watch the symbols fly by on the video screen. Somehow I was up $38 after 2 hours without really trying so I cashed out and left. If you like blackjack or craps there are several tables but fewer people were doing that compared to slots.

The selection is plentiful but it doesn't do cajun country any benefit. Just regular casino buffet food. Nothing to write home to Mom about.
