At the last minute we called around to rent 5 Wave Runners for an hour. Most places were over $100 of closed. However, Dominic at Happy Harbor was fantastic, gave us a great rate of only $80 each. The waverunners were in great shape. The guys helped us out, showed us what we needed and let us go. Had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves - thanks!
Rented a pontoon boat for the day and toured Perdido Bay and the islands. Actually got to see dolphins during our outing. Found a quite Bayou and went up to the back, anchored and just kicked back for a few hours. Wonderful time and will definitely do it again.
First of we reserved two jet skis and when we arrived they had no record of our conversation. Second the young girl at the counter was very condescending. We had a coupon but they told us we needed two for each jet ski which was never mentioned when we called the first time. The gentlemen who launched us off was the only kind person there. If they were all like him we would recommend this place but they arent. When we arrived back there was a piece of plastic loose. They tried to blame us for it. We said how can a jet ski who can't go backwards run into something in the back. Never go there never!
We have rented Wave runners several times at multiple locations. Usual practice is they either launch from the beach or have a dock that is protected by rubber. TIPS if you book with them:MAP will be needed to make sure returning to correct area WATCH or cell phone needed to keep track of time (no clock on jet ski). ... Late fee$2 minTAKE pictures all around the wave runners BEFORE departing as they will blame you for any scratchAt this location you are assisted out of the launch area by an employee who was very friendly but however did not have maps in either jet ski to guide us back. They were not waiting for us as they stated they would do. The return dock is wood on one side and cement on the other with not much room to carefully be able to get both in without touching each other or the dock. Very easy for even experienced riders to bump the edge.
