Something that is not easy to get in Wyoming is fresh fish. I have ordered from Peninsula Processing for many years now. I highly recommend the troll caught red salmon but if you are looking for a gourmet rare delicacy - splurge on the troll caught white salmon. Put it on the grill with a little seasonings and when done pour a small amount of butter on top - delicious!This was not a visit as I mail order from them.

First rate fish market. We are from Colorado and look forward to fresh fish when we are close to an ocean. The customer service is great and the fish is as fresh as you can get. Highly recommend the quality of everything I have tried.

I've been to Peninsula Processing several times and I have been thoroughly impressed. When you have your fish processed there you get your own fish back and it's packaged in heavy duty vacuum packed material. (In case you don't know, this is the only processor that does that). You can even have your own fish smoked by them and it's the most amazing smoked fish you will ever eat! They have other seafood there and the stuff I have tried has been delicious. Definitely try the tuna there, it's a must eat! The service there has been great and Tim Jr is probably one of the friendliest people I've ever met. Mark this place on your itinerary for a must stop!

We had a great experience with peninsula processing! the staff was very friendly and answered all our processing questions. We especially loved that Peninsula processing had very accommodating hours! All of the other processing places were closed when we started and finished fishing making it very difficult to get our fish processed. We also appreciated that you were able add on to your "tab" each day. We highly recommend Peninsula processing if you are staying the Soldotna!

My experience in Alaska has been a blessed one. As I thought it couldn't get any better that was until I met the ladies of Peninsula processing. Holy Smokes (no pun intended) these Ladies Rock. Kelli, Kaliee and Lauren took up themselves to finish my trip out with no headaches. I was insured that the 100 pounds or so of fish I had caught where going to arrive to my home tomorrow in California in the a.m. and that it will be thoroughly sealed and frozen. I just have to say great customer service is hard to find, and without a doubt you can find at Peninsula Processing and Smokehouse!!!! Thank you Ladies YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great selection and great prices. The samples were huge and oh so good. Will definitely be going back.

This was my first time having fish processed and shipped and it was a fantastic experience. I came in with a complicated order to be split and shipped to two different places; within a few minutes there were 3 people helping me get through the process as quickly and efficiently as possible. Always has the freshest, most delicious seafood and a variety! So good, plus, nothing has preservatives so it's the freshest it could possibly be without getting it yourself! They also process, package, and ship your fish for you. They even have a sister company called Alaskan Fishing Adventures to help you get your own fish.
