mid-america science museum

This place beyond exceeded our expectations. Easy to get to, free parking, helpful and knowledgable staff... And this was just at the door. The exhibits were modern and informative, some that we've never seen before in other museums. We will absolutely be back.

This is a great place to bring kids, they have a lot for all ages. The Tesla coil is quite a thing to see. Also, MASM is the cheapest membership in the Smithsonian association of museums, and your annual pass here will get free or discounted admission to many other places around the country, like the Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville. No kidding.

Can't wait for the museum to reopen. It is supposed to be getting a full makeover. I bought season passes for us, the kids, and the grandkids. They love it, and I LOVE it during the hot summer sun.

Ages 8-57, my family loved this place! Can't wait until they open for spring. Very educational and interesting.

We liked everything about it, especially the many hands on exhibits to test and explore various aspects of science, and even the crawl through (literally) exhibit that teaches about mining and geology. the Tesla coil demonstration was probably the most fun of all!
