eve michael salon & spa

I used my living social deal for a Brazilian at Eve Michael Salon and Spa. I had just an ok experience.Parking:I parked in the lot behind the building which was great. There is also metered parking out front (usually easy to find) but again adds to the cost. Ambiance: This definitely isn't a spa. The Brazilian takes place in the basement (yes, it's a basement) and it's really not anything special. There's a hard bed, bright light and no music. Brazilian:I have never done the hard wax and can't say I would do it again. It was lathered on and VERY hot (to the point that it hurt) and then the removal process was also painful (as is any wax, but I found it more painful). The benefit was that the "big" parts were done quickly (it was then followed up with regular wax as a cleanup) and I was out of there within 20 minutes. I wouldn't go back..the hot wax and pain coupled with the lack of ambiance makes me want to try elsewhere.
