Easy to get to...right off the interstate highway. Very nice property, lots of slots and tables. Excellent options for eating.

Mixed experiences. The 1st floor tables seem to be a training ground for new dealers. Lots of mistakes and very slow.

Ok. Need more high pay off of machine and entertainment variation.It was pleasant and need more pay off of machine for customers.

i enjoyed the slot machines on both levels in side, i did not like going out side to smoke and play a slot machine i do like.

Besides the atmosphere not being as lively as neighboring casinos, this casino hasn't given me much to rave about. The food at some of the eateries is over priced for the quality and quantity, the layout of the casino is interesting, making it challenging to find some games. Oh, and not to mention that I have not won once since its opening. It's okay.

Very fun place with good entertainment and great after hours spot. I would definitely recommend it..

I frequent another nearby casino and thought that I should check out HORSESHOE. I was surprised at the overall size of the casino and had a good time. I did have an issue with wheelchair accessibility to smoking balcony, but hopefully someone will soon make those changes. I would recommend this casino to my friends and family.

I enjoy playing slots and some table games at Horseshoe. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food and beverages are well made. The restrooms are my only complaint. Paper towels and soap run out and are not promptly replaced.

Easy access from I-95 if you are driving and easy covered garage parking. Clean facility and best of all, no smoking inside (but there are smoking areas provided outside if you have to have a smoke).

There was a lot of trash around and in between the machines. Some chairs were ripped and dirty. However, the way we were greeted and treated by the personnel we came in contact with was very professional. I will come back again.

Enjoyed the atmosphere and gaming. The entertainment was on point and the variety was pleasing to the ear.

it was easy and convient to get to casino,the people were polite and curtious.no waiting for slots,food was excellent.Live entertainment the wole time.Overall it was a fantistic day.

This was our first experience at the baltimore casino and will definetly be my casino of choice in the future.

better option than driving to Atlantic City, but pay-outs and jackpots are not so attractive. Table limits during the weekends are set too high, a definite deterrent.
