My wife and I visited the Jardin des Glaciers as part of a Holland America excursion in Oct 2012. I enjoyed the experience more than she did, but then again I enjoy history and geology more than she does. I really enjoyed the multimedia presentation. The other exhibits told a interesting and concise story, in english and in french, but, unfortunately, the young lady we had as our guide spoke such heavily accented english that many of us found a way to break away and join another guide's group. This is a great way to spend an hour or two, and you will come away with a better understanding of the role glaciers have had in shaping the physical characteristics and creatures (us too) of our planet.

One of my favorite places I've visited in Canada. I can't wait to go back! The place was very well thought out. I don't want to say too much, because it could ruin the surprise. It is really cool!

Unfortunately it was too early to enjoy Nature Zone and Adrenalin Zone, however the show at Multimedia Zone was very informative and interesting.

One of the most scenic areas in North America. This region is a must see!

On a whim, my husband and I decided to take the ferry across the St. Lawrence. We saw a little ad in a tourist brochure for this place and wanted to check it out. This place is incredible!Admission lets you into the park where you can hike or take a shuttle into the depths of the forest. They have cliff walking (you are tied in with harnesses), zip-lining, kayaking and rappelling. Keep in mind, you are best to book well ahead as spots are limited. Compared to some other 'adventure' spots we've been in Collingwood (Ontario), New Zealand, the activities at Centre du Boreal are quite reasonably priced!Unfortunately, since we had not pre-planned this visit, everything was booked that day except for the zip-lining. Although the zip-lining sure didn't disappoint! 100% safe, the guides we had were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and funny! We had such a great time and everyone was so laid back. Basically, you wander the trails on your own until your scheduled 'appointment' where you show up at the ziplining site, they outfit you, explain the process and away you go! The park has only been open for just a few years (3 or 4?) and they continue to build new trails. Word of warning, this is earthy, eco-friendly tourism. There is zero commercialism here. Bring your own food, drinks and bug spray.There is a look-out further down the road from the park. It is marked on the Centre du Boreal map. If you can, stay still close to sunset: the views from the Baie-Comeau cliffs are gorgeous!

Je vous conseil de visiter Le Jardin des glaciers à Baie-Comeau c'est un endroit merveilleux et inédit. L'histoire de cet endroit est fascinante cela vaut vraiment le détour.

J'ai trouvé tres interessant l'histoire des glacés la visite interieur, les tipi , l'adrenaline mais moins la vallée des coquillages. L'histoire est tres interessante

60$ pour 1 adulte et 3 enfants pour visiter le banc coquillers.......intéressant mais à ce prix on aurait pu penser avoir accès au Centre d'interprétation mais non il fallait débourser davantage...avec une pareille pratique de prix d'entrée je ne prévois pas un long avenir à ce centre.....

Avons fait la randonnée à la Vallée des Coquillages. Une excursion des plus intéressante et éducative. Cela valait la peine d'être vu. Il était étonnant de voir cette masse de coquillages si loin de la mer. Notre guide était très connaissante et informative.

Le jardin des glaciers est une expérience super intéressante. Elle est d'un calibre internationale. C'est une production multimédia qui nous renvoie des millénaires en arrière à l'époque où les glaciers recouvraient l'Amérique du Nord. Je suis heureuse que cette activité revienne après un certain temps de fermeture.Bravo!

La Corporation plein air Manicouagan a confirmé vendredi que le Jardin des glaciers rouvrira ses portes à la mi-juin. Toutefois, le Jardin comptera quatre foins moins d'effectifs et devra composer avec un budget de fonctionnement réduit.

Le jardin des glaciers est fermé, donc ne penser pas y aller..On espere que cette attraction de la région sera réouverte u jour......

Le Jardins des Glaciers nous révèlent des choses incroyable. Il faut vraiment aller voir, les guides sont vraiment gentil et courtois.

C'est sûrement une belle attraction… en saison. Pour nous, il n'y avait qu'une chose à visiter : une exposition sur Chamonix ! Un comble
