positive place, nice emotions, pleasant personnel. There are enough extreme water attractions, and more calm for those who doesn't like to risk. Comfortable toilet rooms.

Great value for money, huge variety of food in the restaurant, friendly bar staff, an array of slides and plenty of sun loungers! The area is huge and really filled a full day without becoming samey or boring, certainly tires you out! A must visit if staying in Ag Nik, Elounda or the surrounding area.

Thoroughly enjoyed the day, even though 2 slides were closed (we barely noticed!). Has a wide variety to suit most, from a Lazy River to the Tsunami, and is well staffed which made me feel safer.One point, remember suncream! There is very little shade and the water washes it off faster than you realise!

its a full day,and what a day,felt like i was 16 again absolutly brilliant, and from the top of most of the slides you get some of the best views of the island,awesome its a must for every family

A good choice if you are looking for a water park in Crete.Lots of great rides using rubber rings - a nice change from the beach or the poolside.

A great place to swim in the pool and play games. Was a very nice time we really enjoy our time there. Me and my friends we had a very nice time. Just you have to pay in the entrance but is so nice place that its not a problem.

This water park was good with the varied slides, but I did find the lazy river very dirty and unclean. This could have been cleaned more regular.There was a few slides where you can take a rubber ring down which I found were the best, I especially liked the crazy river slide and the black hole.There were also bigger slides which were quite scary as they just had sheer drops. Theres a part for kids too and bars around. I thought it was a really good idea that everything you buy goes onto your wrist band then you pay at the end. Means you could ;eave your money in the lockers all day.The one thing I thought let this park down was the ridiculous amount of wasps either flying around or just crawling on the ground, it was awful. I found myself tiptoeing everywhere trying to avoid them. It was nearly time to go when my boyfriend yelled as he actually stood on a wasp which he didn't see and got stung. This problem really needs to be addressed! really lets the park down!

We visited Acqua Plus for my birthday and didn't realise that it was in fact the last day before it closed for the season. It was relatively quiet with no queues for anything. We arrived when the park opened at 10am and were the first people to go in which meant we had done most of the rides in the first hour. This didn't put us off though as we just went round again (and again!) There are different slides suitable for all ages but we particularly loved the black hole & crazy river which we must have done 20 times! The wristband system is very efficient and makes it a lot easier. The food is what you would expect from a water park but there are some nice alternatives (we ate Gyros and Greek salad) however, watch out for the drinks prices at €2.80 for a can of lemonade etc. All in all a good, fun day out!

I do love a water park and although this one was a little pricey it looked brilliant. I liked the idea of wearing a band and paying for everything at the end so you don't have to carry money around with you.The queues were not that long at all for the rides and there were many to choose from. The lazy river required a workout to move though and I just felt the whole park was a little shabby and dirty. If you've visited Siam park then you are in for a bit of disappointment here. I got quite hurt on the slides, the joining parts were so rough and there didn't seem to be a lot of staff on the rides monitoring the safety. Food was a little yukky too.I wouldn't visit again but it was a fun day!!

Amazing day out there's lots here to keep you occupied . Plenty of slides although most are too scary for me but our 17yr old loves it even our 10 yr old goes on more than I do . There's a large restaurant that has a good variety of food and drinks , plenty of little bars too .

Family of 4, 2 girls 9 & 16 booked the excursion through an outlet in Malia for €82.50, bus inc'. Worth every penny. Everyone had a fantastic time, 1 of our best days if not the best. The park was clean as was the changing area/toilet, eating area slightly pricey, €7 for 2 plates of chips, €3.50 for a slush. Staff/life guards very friendly and helpful, 9yr old got stung and staff member escorted us to medical bay which was appreciated. Theres a decent slection of slides, enough for us all to ride and keep us fulfilled for the 6hrs we had. Tsunami definitely our favourite, great fun and had the heart racing every time! The whole family have life long memories of our day here.

The day we visited the park it was very quiet and there were no waiting lines for the slides.The kids enjoyed the water slides very much and didn't want to go home and therefore we stayed until the end.The bathrooms were very clean.

We visited this water park during the last week of August. There were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas even though we didn't get there until late morning. We were a little disappointed as the leaflets about the park we had seen boasted of the 12 pools - which turned out to be one main pool and the rest being the splash pools for the different slides, so not for swimming in. Several of the slides were out of order on our visit much to our disappointment. The slides we did go on were on the whole good fun and the queues not too bad. The Crazy River ride should have been such fun but there was a lack of staff at the beginning and too many people were going down at once - so it was more than crazy, positively dangerous. The Lazy river also was too lazy, in fact at one point I was going backwards. On the plus side the toilets and changing rooms were very clean. The food in the cafe was ok, average quality but all the sandwiches had gone by the time we ate at 2pm so only hot food was available. On the whole I think this water park is ok for families with primary school age children but a bit tame for teenagers. The last water park I went to was in Majorca 26 years ago and this one had not really moved on from that.

Went there with my whole family while staying at Sentido Aegean Pearl in Rethymno and towards the end of our holiday we decided to come to Acqua Plus! Best Water Park ever! The queuing was very fast and that made it more enjoyable.

Hi ZoëThank you for having such a great time in acqua plus water park in Hersonissos.Having fun it's a precious ingredient for a happy life and helps everybody deal easier at every day life (Zoe comes from greek word for "life") If you want to make someone having fun you must be the first to have fun.That's why some lifeguards jump to crazy river and joined the people.If you don't try what you sell you never make others understand it's value.And your fun time has a great value for us!!Size not always matters, sharing good times with people brings a bit of happiness to everybody ...Maybe this is another reason for choosing your travelling destination!!
