The fantastic waterfall in the end of magic gorge. Even though the acces is about 30 minutes, from a capm, you must cross a swing bridge and walk via slipper limestone path, the Kozjak slap is the most interesting waterfall I've seen around Soca river

The hike to Kozjak water is easy and the approaches, through the forest and along the stream, are beautiful in their own right. When you get to the first falls, the one with the bridge overhead, keep going, you're not there yet. The main fall is in a ethereal, dim chamber hollowed out of the limestone, with a sliver of light coming in an overhead slot. The adventurous can carefully climb down from the wooden observation platform and go the edge of the pool for a closer look. The hollow is small and the site could get crowded at peak visitor times, so give a though to visiting early or late in the day, or in the off season.

This is a nice walk through the woods to see a very pretty waterfall. Along the way you can see various WWII tunnels, and the Soca River.

The hike is great, but I suggest you wear good shoes, the rocks are wet and get a bit slick. The Waterfall is incredible and along the way you walk past caves that were used in WWII. We traveled here after paragliding with XPoint. Check it out.

We took a great little hike over the Soca River to get to the falls - relatively easy hike through quiet Lord of the Rings type environment. Not a lot of tourists (at least when we were there).

We loved the kobarid historic hike and especially the waterfall. The first bridge kn the hike was also really wonderful. The hike is not super strenuous but its best to take hiking shoes.

A short and interesting hike from Kobarid, with reconstructed WWI Italian dugout bunkers and caves along the way. It is simply gorgeous! Go see it. The trail is suitable for younger kids and even fit older people.

I was with my family. Wonderfool waterfalls. We saw some others but this was different. Recommended .!!!

A good 30min walk through the woods and across an impressive but slightly precarious suspension bridge brings you to the Kozjak waterfall. A nice but very cold plunge pool for a dip!

Lovely walk up from the car park (30mins). Car park was 1€ an hour. Not too busy despite being August and had time at the waterfall by ourselves. Went for a quick swim in the pool and it wasn't too cold!! Would have loved to see the canyoners jumping down from the top, but we missed them (all we heard were the splashes and then they walked past!) Brilliant

This was our favourite day! We walked from Kobarid to the Slap Kozjak falls and it was so pretty. The Soca river is a beautiful shade of blue and the little tributary you follow to the falls is stunning. Be aware that to get to the falls you need to walk along a narrow wooden walkway above the river with no sides but it's fine - honestly!!

The open cave which is made by water, geological plates, fresh air and cold water. Great to visit in the middle of summer.

This is a short hike and well worth it! It's a beautiful stroll along the Soca and then up a tributary. Have faith in the last five minutes of the hike. You'll hike through a stream and over several handmade bridges and scale the edge of a rock cliff but it's all very do-able and you'll be rewarded in the end.

The most beautifull waterfall I have ever seen. An nice and easy 30 minute walk leading us to the waterfall was wonderfull too.
