geo savvy tours- day tours

We took two tours from Geo Savvy. One was to the Grand Canyon and the other was a wine tasting tour with a stop at Montezuma's Castle. Shawn could not have been a better guide. Her knowledge of the area's history encompasses both Arizona's cultural and geological history. Very few tour companies are willing to take a two person tour but Geo Savvy does. It is also one of the few companies that picks up in Phoenix. We recommend this tour company highly and will take another Geo Savvy tour if we are in Phoenix again.

I recently decided to take a last minute trip through northern Arizona and found this wonderful tour company. Shawn, my tour guide, was gracious enough to squeeze me in at the last minute. We had breakfast at the El Tovar Lodge, with a stunning view of the Grand Canyon, after which we drove around the east rim stopping for photo opps. Grandview was my favorite stop with the recent fall of snow contrasting with the red rock, it was just breathtaking. I found Shawn to be very knowledgeable about the area and the history behind it. She has a warm and fun personality which made our trip relaxing and enjoyable. I'd recommend Geo Savvy Tours as an unique, fun and informative way to get away.
