copper ridge distillery

This is a fully licensed, inspected moonshine still, a stone's throw from the Indiana State Line. The still is in plain view and operating when the distillery is open. This is real deal moonshine made from sour mash that is brewed on the site. We bought 4 bottles after we tasted the run that was in progress. It was a Saturday and demand was outpacing supply early. The owner has plans to age some of his product in oak barrels for sale as a Bourbon. Not sure what my kinfolk in Kentucky would say about that title, but I bet it will be some tasty whiskey.
