On my first and last visit to Martini Sky, we entered a virtually empty restaurant and were immediately seated. Bart, the busboy was right on top of it and greeted us, advising that the waitress would be along shortly. Shortly was about 5 minutes...understand the restaurant was virtually empty. We ordered drinks and 5 minutes after that, our drinks arrived. The waitress took our food order and 25 minutes later, the entrees arrived. Bart, our busboy, came by several times and was actually the only employee that seemed engaged in his work. He was without question, the only person exhibiting any effort at his job.Add the fact that during our meal we saw anywhere from 3-5 employees at all times congregating at the hostess table or conferencing in the hallway between the kitchen and the seating area, oblivious to what was going on around them. I guess idle chit chat between hostesses, managers and wait staff is more important than attending to the few restaurant patrons that were in the restaurant. The manager was right in the middle of all the employee conversation, all the while, patrons were being ignored. At the end of the meal, we were presented with the bill--only the third time we saw our waitress all evening. I took out my credit card and waited and waited and waited. After 10 minutes of waiting for our waitress to pick up the credit card and process the payment and being ignored by restaurant personnel (except for Bart who came to ask if we needed anything else while we were waiting for the waitress), out of frustration, I just left cash and exited the restaurant.The food was actually very good, but the service was so horrific, they will never see me again.

Do not eat here. My husband and I stopped in for lunch. He ordered a crab sandwich. There was a long, thick hair in his sandwich. Disgusting. When we called the waitress over & informed her about the hair in our food, she said "we can comp that for you!" That was it! Free hairy sandwich! No discounting the rest of the meal to make up for our disgust. No coupon for next time. Not even a sincere apology. We will NEVER step foot in there again. We should have known not to eat there, as it was lunch time and only one other customer there.
