chapman's country store

There are many country/general stores in Vermont and this is a very nice one. The owner is a pleasant woman willing to chat and help you find anything you want. There is a wide variety of items for sale so it's fun to browse and see the unusual things. A door leads to a smaller room that is a gift shop run by the second Mrs. Chapman. The stock of greeting cards is enormous and there are many very clever ones. I love finding just the right card for a friend or relative so I could have spent an hour perusing the possibilities. Lots of fun.
