We got married this past December at Lake Morey.Melissa Seaver, our wedding coordinator was phenomenal. I can not say enough about her, she made sure everything ran smoothly and that we were happy and stress free on our big day!Our reception room was set up well in advance, so we had plenty of time to decorate and soak it all in. The Terrace rooms supplied plenty of space for us to get ready. Three hair stylists and a makeup artist fit comfortably in my room, along with 7 bridesmaids.The housekeeping staff was so wonderful and helped us to get everything we needed!The scenery was gorgeous for pictures!!The only downfall was that it was off season, so we had to have enough guests to open the restaurant, so while we were decorating we had to venture for food, which wasn't easily accessible off the resort. The pool was being shocked, so guests couldn't swim, which was disappointing. But all in all My husband and I will be reminiscing about our wonderful experience at Lake Morey for years to come.

The Inn is on Lake Morey which has some nice views, but the food was what you would expect from a hotel room service place.Not impressed.

The resort was clean and the gardens were just beautiful There was plenty to do onsite and the location made it easy to take some great day trips too. We kayaked and tried paddle boarding. The spa gave a wonderful massage. I can't wait to come back!

The lake is so gorgeous. You never get tired of looking at the view. The recreation activities are endless. They plow a four mile loop on the frozen lake in the winter and you can skate, run, play hockey, walk, etc. They rent skates and other winter equipment. You can also go sledding at the adjacent golf course. We want to come back in the summer and enjoy swimming and boating too.

We had a great Travel Zoo certificate for Lake Morey Resort and it was a wonderful time. We traveled into Vermont and had a wonderful view of the fall foliage on the way. Explored all the little quaint towns on the way there. Once there we canoed the lake, played a round of golf and had a wonderful buffet prime rib dinner at the restaurant.

We liked the easy access from the Highway....town looked clean and loved.Looking forward to exploring it some more.

Vermont is a beautiful destination, and this lake embodies the state--small and quaint. There are usually few boats on the lake and all of the people one encounters are friendly.

The Connecticut River Valley region is blessed with some unique skating experiences, the first being the Lake Morey skating trail, the longest in the United States, a 4.5 mile loop around the lake maintained by the Lake Morey Resort, Upper Valley Trails Alliance and the Hulbert Outdoor Center. Directly in front of the resort they offer smaller rinks for skating and pick-up hockey games. Today, the trail is groomed professionally by Lake Morey Resort equipment manager Barry Larson and his “ice crew”, with the use of all terrain vehicles equipped with plows and rotary brushes. Even a Zamboni ice machine will be used to resurface the trail this year, once the ice is thick enough. It's an amazing experience that's not to be missed.

there is a five mile trail that you can hike around the entire lake. Water is clean and clear. Watch your speed driving in the area. We got caught in a tourist hostile speed trap ($124. ticket)

loved the golf, tennis courts, kayaks, beach, indoor pool, movie theater, meals (dinner was great), ping pong, indoor pool.

Stay her a couple of time and both times I had a great time. Food was good, rooms were clean, things to do.

Nice spot for a reception, conferences. Staff is very good.

Remote winter spot with not much around. May be better in the summer.
