It has been about 15 months since our first visit to ATV world. We returned again recently and rented 5 ATVs for about 4 hours. We had a good time overall and I wouldn't discourage people from coming. However, I would note that 4 hours on the limited range of trails is a long time. I think if we had left after 2 no one would have been real upset. More important, there were issues with the machines this year. First, last year when we came we rode 4 nice Suzuki Quads. At 400cc, each had enough power to handle everything we threw at them. No hill on the property slowed us down, and everyone felt in control. This year however, three of the group rode on 350cc bikes. I own a 350 (Yamaha warrior) myself, and I know that my warrior has never felt under-powered. It is a beast. However, these Yamaha grizzly 4x4 bikes just didn't have the power to really play hard. This was a disappointment. One of the bikes had some stalling issues, and my son really had to massage the throttle to keep it running. My partner struggled a lot getting up hills and was stuck mid-hill several times. I thought it was her, but when she got on my bike (the larger Suzuki) she was fine. I tried to ride hers and immediately found the power to be a problem. I also believe that the 4 wheel drive on her bike was not engaging properly. Bottom line- we had fun but were disappointed that the quality of the equipment seems to have slipped. I have the owners will review their purchase decisions and make sure they have quality gear. BTW- I'm 210, so not really stressing a bike, and far and away the largest rider in our group.

The owner very graciously redeemed our long expired Groupon and applied the value to 1 1/2 hours of ATV time on the trails. My Husband and I were given a lesson on how to operate our vehicles and it was suggested that we ride with an accompanying employee to make sure we were up to snuff on our turns, breaking, throttle, etc. All was fine and dandy and we were off on our own ! Yea Haw !!! One and a half hours is about enough time to get out and find out what the trails are like. We embarked on the harder / muddy trails once we were confident enough to do so. I loved it ! I wasn't the least bit scared, like I thought I would be on an ATV. My husband could hardly keep up with me ! Had a blast. It wet my appetite for more ! Would love to do it again and again.

When we got there I believe the owner or at least manager didnt even look at my boyfriend and I when we came to the desk or even say welcome. She let the assistant help us after they got done dealing with stray dogs. We got checked in did a quick 5 min orientation were lead to a field and that was it. The trails were not clear of thorn bushes. I had several scratxhes left on my arms and neck from the briars. Whwn we got done the manager lady dodnt even look at us or aak how it was walked away and said put your helmwts inthe counter. She was too busy going to chexk out our atvs and inspect thwm Upon return she rudely accused my boyfriend of rolling the atv which he did not. She said there was mud in the handle bars and he rolled HER atv and we would need to pay another 50. If I knew we needed to inspect the atvs bwfore riding I would have told them they were covered in mud before hand the handle bars were hard to steer and my back breaks didnt work well at all. She was completly rude and accused of us lieing and damaging her atv. NO ONE EVER was driving around to make sure we were okay and they didnt see it on their cameras that it was rolled but because she saw mud she said we had to have rolled it. We went through mud puddles the qhole hour and I was caked in mud myself from my neck to my feet. Awful customer service like we inconvenienced her being there.

I made an on-line reservation that was paid for & confirmed via e-mail for myself & my family. We paid for one ATV & 3 dune buggies. Upon our arrival we found out that they did not have any record of our reservation despite it being confirmed & paid for. The staff were incredibly rude & impatient with us despite the fact that it was their screw-up that had caused the issues. They literally laughed in our faces when we told them we had made a reservation & made no attempt to right their wrong. Upon finding out we would have to wait 3 hours to even be able to ride the ATVs, they had no dune buggies despite advertising them & accepting payment for them, we decided to ask for a refund & leave. Since they had no record of the reservation they refused to reimburse us until we provided proof of our reservation so upon returning home I now have to mail them proof. This is a Mickey Mouse operation at best run by a bunch of rude, incompetent, & lazy morons. I would not send my worst enemy to this establishment. They deserve to lose their business & based on the practices I observed they soon will. Go elsewhere for your ATV adventure you'll be glad you did. 2 TUMBS DOWN!!!!!!!

Went with my daughter, had a blast! I'm a novice, she's experienced, we both had fun! Quads were user-friendly, and not as governed as I expected! My daughter says the trails were more fun than the ones in Northern Michigan, where she goes often!!! Husband and wife staff team were FABULOUS!! Even helped me get to our next destination, horse back riding at Happy Trails, a place I will NOT recommend for anyone looking to horseback ride. I will be leaving a rating for them also, not a good experience.THUMBS UP to ATV World, Logan, OHIO!!!

Staff stayed late cause we were late and had a great time, It is worth the mud !!!!The staff taught us how to ride and the course was so fun. They took some getting used to but when we did get used to them it was a blast.

Rented 4 ATVs for the family and spent 2 hours riding. Two of the four had never ridden and 2 hours turned out to be just about right. These were nice, 400cc automatic 4-wheel drive machines. A great beginner tool because they didn't have to think about anything. The facility did a nice job of making sure everyone was comfortable and capable before they turned us lose. The downside to the facility is the extreme ruts. In places the bikes got trapped in the ruts and you didn't even need to steer. I've never seen such deep and constant ruts anyplace I've ridden. But, everyone handled them well and had a good time. A couple trees across trails needed to be cleared, and one corner the ruts were so deep a bike turned on its side IN THE RUT. But we got it out and moved on. It's a pricey trip, but I would do it again. Everyone had fun. The machines appeared well maintained and we had no issue at all.

Rented ATV for use in Wayne National Forest and 30 minutes into the ride, the front strut snapped on a straightaway stretch. ATV rolled, resulting in a broken wrist. Waited 4 hours for retrieval of equipment. Will never rent an ATV again.

Great trails with something for all riders, from flat fields, to hills, to challenging (which we didn't ride :D)

We found the staff to be informative and friendly. Our son and his friend (both 16) were able to take the ATV's out without a parent...very nice. I was nervous at first, but the young lady who provided instruction to them did a great job of advising them of how to have fun and how to be safe. We went after it had rained and it was very muddy, but that just made it that much more fun for the boys. A hose was available to clean them up before getting back into the car.It was a little more expensive than I had expected, but the equipment was newer and nicer than ATV's we have rented in the past. Helmets were provided and they were newer too. I felt good about the equipment provided. They both said it was the most fun they had on the three day trip.

Great experience and outing! It was a blast riding the trails and track. Well worth it - especially if you're city folks and don't get chance to try this sort of thing. Staff were good instructors and very friendly.

We called this place a month in advance to set up reservations, but they told us that we did not need any. Since we were on a tight schedule for this trip, I called back and insisted on reservations about 1 week in advance. When we got there, we checked in, and started filling out paperwork. There was already a group there to ride the atv's and they were ready to go get started when the girl at the desk told them they could not go - that we had reservations and that they had to wait until we were done! They of course were very mad because they too had called to make reservations and were told they did not need them. Very poor customer service - these people do not deal with their customers well at all.We had a large group ranging in age from 10 to 65. They start you out on a slow training course and then move you up the field and trails. Once we were up to the field we were basically on our own. No one stayed to monitor us or to see if anyone was having any problems. After about 10 minutes, the 10 year old in our group realized that she was having trouble with her back brakes - they didn't work! She was so scared that she stopped driving and ended up on the jumpseat of another family member to drive her back, she did not want to ride anymore. Once everyone returned and we went to pay for the ride we were very disappointed that they would not remove or even discount the charges for the broken atv. When we went to hand back in the helmets they just told us to go put them back on the shelf - they didn't sanitize them at all - how gross! My daughter and I rode the Zip Rail that was there too. My daughter loved it and wanted to go again, but I hated it. Before you zip, they have you do a brake test. I was unable to get them to work. Instead of trying a different seat, they just pushed me slower and slower until I could get a little bit of the brakes to work. Then they sent me down. It is a very noisy and short ride, and when you get near the end you really pick up speed. Of course I could not use my brakes to stop at the end which scared me to death! I blew through 2 stationary brakes and almost hit the bungee cord at the end of the track!Although most everyone had a good time - I just don't thing this place is safe.
