Easy loop, flat, great walking surface, spectacular views, interesting environment. Trail was clean and well maintained. Last few miles to trailhead on dirt road but navigable as long as you went slow. Worth the drive. Be sure to read trail maps - many trail options and the wrong choice could be the difference between an easy 4 mi. loop or longer!

Great place to hike and take pictures. Lots of beautiful scenery and photo opportunities. Had my dog with me, she enjoyed it too!

This is located on the original cross State Highway.If you are traveling across the State, take HIghway 2 unstead ofthe Freeway, you will be glad you did.Area is near Leavenworth, the "Barvarian" Tourist Mecca ofWashington State.Make sure you stop at a convenient wide spot in the road and take a few moments to look at the creek.
