the elegant relic & hen feathers

This place in Mebane is advertised under antiques but it really isn't an antique store. The ground floor (Elegant Relic) has some vintage and antique furnishing but it seems most of the stuff is made from reclaimed wood. The upstairs (Hen Feathers) is a fashion boutique and jewelry. For what it is I enjoyed walking through the place but I was disappointed we made the drive thinking it was an antique store. It's worth a stop if you are in the area.

Love love love to just go in and look around. Very cute vintage items here. You won't regret going in and browsing around. Even if you aren't in the mood to purchase you will step back into time and see some really cool items.
