Bought a couples massage package for Valentines day . Called and booked it for a month later then received a call back that they over booked and had to cancel our appointment . ( how do you overbook a massage ? ). So we called back another day and were told someone would call us back to reschedule . Never received a call back. So I called and tried to schedule again for a week later than the original date that they cancelled and was told that was full as well . I guess I wasted my money because I can't get the service I ordered even calling a month in advance .

My experience at Bell Tower has been positive. The staff at front desk have always been courteous. Nicolina makes me feel at ease and she is knowledgeable in the various treatments for facial anti-aging. I highly recommend Nicolina for Brazilian waxing she made it so comforting despite the natural discomfort :)

I've been to the Bell Tower many times but lately everything seems to be getting messed up. They booked the wrong amount of time for my massage, booked me for the wrong massage, used the wrong oils and overall have just had poor customer relations. The people who work at the desk are stuck up and try to help you the least amount possible. They never take any responsibility for anything. I complained about not getting my facial that was included in one of the massage specials and they told me they would honor the facial and call me back to schedule a date. When I called questioning about when I was to get my facial (since I paid for it! ) they pretended to have no idea what I was talking about and didn't do anything to correct the issue. Every time I book a special they use the unscented oil (probably because it's cheaper) when I specifically request their special of ginger oil. You have to check about every small detail with the masseuse or you will not get what you paid for. The last massage I had was very fast paced and actually made me more stressed by the end. It was almost as if they were ticked for having to do their job and were trying to do the worst job possible. The girl was nice but did not know how to give a relaxing massage. I felt as though I was man handled. To top it off they used the wrong oil again for their special! When I said something they told me that the oil didn't really have a scent anyway. That's false advertising!!!! WILL NOT GO BACK!

You will definitely enjoy this spa and salon. Their spa treatments are great and they offer a wide variety of services and specials throughout the year. Their shop and cafe are also a great place to check out.

I've used their massage services many times. Amy is outstanding, but I've had others that are good. Not always the most organized, relaxing place--a bit chaotic in the lobby/waiting area, but once you go back for the massage, it's relaxing and quiet.

I had a 5pm appointment, i show up on time and they tell me I'm late. Turns out my appointment was rescheduled and no one bothered to tell me. I get assigned a different stylists than i originally selected and my hair looked like crap for $30. Go to super cuts, same quality much cheaper!

My wife recently got me an hour massage and a follow up Infared Sauna. My huge gripe is NOT with the quality of what I received, however there's a major problem with management. To make a long story short, after double checking with my wife post-massage, I only received a 30 minute massage, but we paid for an hour. When my wife left a message with Bell Tower to confirm this error on their end, her message was NEVER returned. How do you just ignore a concern from a customer, especially as since she's gotten me several appointments for massages and facials over the years at BT. Safe to say, they will never see one red cent from me again. Very unfortunate and extremely disappointed.

I go to this spa frequently for services. From the minute you walk in and breathe in the aroma, you relax! The staff is always friendly and quite professional. The spa is very clean. I have had manicures, pedicures and wax services at Bell Tower. I can't speak for the hair salon, massages, or store (which is located in a separate building), but everything else I have gotten has been nothing but top notch. Do expect higher pricing though but it is worth it. It's always busy when I go which just shows how good this place is! A lot of repeat clients - myself included!

This is a top notch salon and spa. With that is top notch prices though. I went one time for a massage that I received as a gift and while I was pampered and enjoyed the service very much, I could never afford to go here on a regular basis. They are a bit pushy in their sales and upsells while you are there but they do treat their customers right!

I went for the Bell Tower Pedicure Spa Treatment, where I sat in a huge leather massage chair that targeted my entire body. Then, hot rocks were used to massage my legs and feet. It was fantastic!

High class spa and salon. I love that its reasonably priced as well!

Bell Tower seems like it would be a snob-fest full of judging rich Wyomissing housewives, but I find it to be a gem! I have had everything from a massage to a cut and color and I cannot complain about any experience.

Did not know what to expect when we went to Bell Tower for a couples massage. We had scheduled an appointment and before we got there they sent an email confirming and telling us who would be doing the massage. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and taken to a private locker area where we changed into robes. Then we were taken to a private steam bath to help relax our body prior to the actual massage. Now to the room for the massage. It was a little small for two people and the tables were arranged in such a way that we could not see each other during the massage which took away from the purpose of the visit. The actual massage was great, took over an hour and both practioners did an excellent job. Afterwards we were escorted to a private room and provided with champagne and a tray of cheese and fruit. We were told to take our time and relax which we did. Finally back to the dressing area for a shower. The massage package included a free haircut/style as an inducement to try their salon. We both went a few weeks later to try the salon and were pleased with the service.

I've been here numerous times and they have a fantastic spa. I haven't used the salon services. The massages are outstanding. In an old stable converted into the spa. Lovely.

My mother, aunts and female cousin went here for our pre-girls'-trip pedicures. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty and given lemon-water as we waited for our appointment time. When we were led to the pedicure area, we were blown away by the interior design and decor - we never would have guessed that this place existed in Reading, PA - it was much more "Manhattan" or "L.A."! The nail technicians were all very professional and talented. All 5 of us got the best pedicures of our lives that evening, and we each had a different stylist! The chairs were state-of-the-art and brand new, and the entire place was spotless! We can't wait to return for the same even this summer. It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny! The initial reason we chose this place was that they had 5 pedicure chairs in the same room, which allowed us to all spend that time together. What a great choice it was!
