lansing mall

Smaller mall and not full of stores but trying to add new and cool stuff. Just added big movie theater at one end of this mall and it a very nice theater.

The Lansing Mall is good for its size. It's small but still has some nice stores such as JC Penney, Macy's, Barnes & Nobles, Lenscrafters, TJ Max, and now a new big cinema. They have a decent food court and some jewerly stores. If nothing else it's fun to kill some time at.

The interior of this mall is "Prairie-Style" design. Frank Lloyd Wright designed many buildings in his early career in this design style a hundred years ago, of course, no part of this mall was designed by FLW.If you visit the restrooms at the food court, you will see a waiting area that has a lot of "Prairie Style" elements (see photo).This mall is on a single level and is a good walk from one end to the other (many "mall walkers" take advantage of this in the cold winter).Soon, there will be new theaters added to this mall in the Spring of 2014. Until the theaters open, there is a sitting area with cushy reclining seats where you can watch family movies FOR FREE all day long (see photo). This area is called "Pop up theater".
