anytime fitness

We were looking for a fitness place where the family could go to stay in shape. We found Anytime Fitness in our area and went for a tour of the facility. We met the owner, Rebecca, who gave us the tour. They offer fitness classes, if that is what you like. They have a variety of spin bikes, treadmills, recumbent bike, and ellipticals, all with tv screens for entertainment while working out. Good security measures including key fob for anytime entry, security pendant if one is on the premises alone, lights on all the time, and multiple cameras for remote monitoring. Great variety of free weights and access to a trainer to help you set up your workouts to reach specific fitness goals. Useful, timely info on bulletin boards to inform members of upcoming fitness events. Morning and evening group classes if that is what you like. They have two shower stall rooms. Pricing varies but is very reasonable. The facility is small but it maximizes the room. The facility is clean and very appealing. After the first 30 days, members can access ANY Anytime Fitness facility location in the United States. Very convenient, especially if you travel.
