The owner was very rude to me and my family! We had a issue with our debit card and called to tell them and to see cancel our spot on the boat. They told us our story was fishy and that they had a no cancellation policy. I didn't see anything and writing and told him I had no money to pay for the boat. The owner gave me an attitude and said he found it hard to believe that we don't use credit cards. He then said he would take my name off and take care of it. Five mins later he called back and said he put $150 for the cancellation on the boat on my debit card. I explained to him that was all the money we had left to get gas and go back home after our horrible vacation! He kept saying my story was fishy. My husband got on the phone and yelled and swore saying we don't have any money!!! The owner told my husband to come down where he was and talk to his face. When we got there it took awhile but the owner with much attitude pretended to listen to us. I said I know how business works as we have a family business and sometimes you have to have compassion and understanding that this was my families only money left. He did say he was going to take the charge off. I then said again please have compassion and understanding for others because things happen. Especially at the last min, since he was so intent on asking us why we waited to cancel at the last min. He then yelled back, "I haven't gave any money back yet". I then made a report to the BBB.

Great service from the guys and the jet ski was great deal of fun for my 6 year old and 5 year old passengers! Spent $115 per hour which included gas.i thought that was affordable. Will be back to extreme watersports.
