iowa rock n roll hall of fame museum

Well worth a stop to see. If you remember and enjoy rock & roll music, spend an hour at this great attraction.

I attended a Thursday night "Rock the Roof" concert at the museum. The place was packed and everyone was dancing and having a wonderful time. It is a must see and do if one is there on a Thursday night.

From the FREE vintage Juke Box to the Rock & Roll Memorabilia this museum was a joy to visit. The friendly gal who took my entrance fee provided some useful information and to the sound of my type of music echoing from the Juke Box, I had a great visit.Within easy walking distance there is the Maritime Museum, a Pleasure Park, local shops and the lakefront making this a great place to spend some time, and the Sun shone throughout. Perfect.

Si vous passez par Cleveland, tout le monde vous dira l'aller voir ce musée dédié au Rock. Evitez. Une succession de vitrines avec de trop nombreuses pancartes à lire ; des haut-parleurs qui crachent de la bonne musique mais hélas sous forme de cacophonie car ils ne diffusent pas les mêmes chansons et sont trop proches les uns des autres. En fait on regarde des vêtements dans des vitrines en lisant des testes et explications interminables. Si cous comptiez retrouver l'ambiance du blues, de la folk, du rock ou de la pop, c'est raté.Désolant surtout pour le prix d'entrée environ 26 US dollars.Et en plus il n'y a pas de parking gratuit.
