We had heard good things about this gallery through one of my husband's business associates so we decided to have a look for ourselves. This is one of the greatest finds of all time, an old country school house in southeastern Tennessee that's been converted into an amazing Russian art gallery. Bob Garren and all of his staff members were delightful, very courteous and incredibly knowledgeable - they treated me and my husband with true southern hospitality. The hallways and rooms are completely covered with beautiful original paintings. There are so many rooms, all full of incredible artwork (literally stacks and stacks), you can't hardly believe it - you really need a day (or two) to soak it all in. We purchased a couple paintings before we left, a wonderful portrait of a young girl by Ivan Mishin and a beautifully painted landscape by Dyakov. What a great outing...we definitely recommend this gallery to anyone who appreciates fine art...it was a day like no other.
