settlers bay golf course

Fabulous weather and a great course. The course was a fair layout and it was in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Settlers Bay if you're in the Wasilla area.

The crew at Settlers has really put together a great time in the Valley. The course is well maintained, from the Tee, rough, fairways, and greens. I've played several times this summer, and never had a bad outing. The pro shop always works us in, even with late notice. If your golfing in the Valley, Settlers is a must! For dining during or afterwards, the Albatross is well staffed and has a menu that is sure to please the pickiest. Enjoy!

They worked us in without a tee time. The course was very busy, but we still finished in under 5 hours. Fairways were good, the rough is tough, and the greens are very good. The sand traps were more like kitty litter than baby powder. We opted for the "standard" rental clubs and they were fine.

We love playing this course. It's challenging and well taken care of. The people are friendly and the clubhouse (Albatross) is fantastic. Highly recommend as the area course to play.

This a well maintained course in a gorgeous area. Usually the first to open in the spring, and the last to close in the fall. With views of the Knik Arm as you tee off on hole 1. To the tall birches on hole 18. You'll enjoy well great greens, friendly staff, and a possibility of a moose too!

Great food, they do a good job on the calamari. Prices are a bit steep, but it is a golf course. Its just fancy enough, without making you feel out of place in jeans (This is Alaska after all) I like the high ceilings and feeling of space inside, while the booths are very cozy and intimate, so you can have a large group with no problems, or just the two of you on a date. I haven't sat outside, but the deck is large and faced the inlet view. Its certainly worth a special night out. The service is very good too. Families are welcome!

This golf course is maintained beautifully - staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Absolutely stunning views from most holes and the course is layout over very well and challenging. This course has something to offer everyone from a beginner to the very experienced playerWill definitely return with friend and family. They also offer the 1st tee program for kids in the summer months.

This is a well maintained, fun to play course. They have various specials throughout the week and twilight fees that make it affordable - bring your bug spray!

I have play here several times and the course is nice and has lots of houses on it these days. Nice topography and well maintained.

We've dined here three times; twice this August. The setting is lovely, food wonderful and excellent service. We will back!

Tuesday and Thursday is two for one golf. How can you beat that! Great golf at a great price. The course is beautiful!!
