Fun to pick apples and try the apple cider doughnuts. But even without those, the view was amazing. Well worth a stop.

This is very much a working orchard. There are no tours, but you can buy produce in the shop, and the location is lovely. Yes, it's worth stopping here, but it's not a destination.

Apex's fresh peaches are fantastic and ready to get today. Owned by a great family that has real old fashion values and work ethic. You won't be disappointed.

This is an authentic orchard experience, not a tourist trap. This is a family's labor of love and the fruit is excellent! I have been a devoted customer for nearly 20 years, and the view from Apex is always thrilling. Don't wait til the fall, go anytime. But if you do go in the fall, be sure to try the cider and donuts!

saw the sign on rt 2 and went to get some peaches. you can't pick them but they did give you a sample. yum. the view from the road just the beyond the orchard barn is breathtakingly beautiful. need to get myself there for some apples!

Beautiful view, especially in the fall when the leaves are changing. Apples are very tasty and it is so much fun to pick your own.

I love this farm stand. They grown most of the food they sell and yes, do have a big orchard as well as a vegetable farm. They offer organic chickens and other meat, as well as eggs and milk. The produce is really fresh and not that expensive. I'm used to city prices tho.

Getting to pick your own apples or other fruit is fun for old and young alike. It gives some people a chance to see that our food does not magically appear at the grocery store. There is nothing like the taste of a fresh picked apple.

Apex orchards has a lot of different fruit trees, not just apple. It's a beautiful farm and easy to get to.

friendly family owned and opperated orchard with on site store. worth the trip...many types of apples, and peaches, all fresh. staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices reasonable, rec'd 2nd's deals for baking and preserving.

If you are traveling along scenic Rt. 2 from Greenfield to Shelburne Falls, Ma be sure to stop off at Apex Orchards. They are just one mile from Rt. 2 on Peckville Rd. and well worth a stop. The view alone is worth it but they have some of the most delicious apples around! They also sell delicious honey and the owner, Tim Smith, makes apple cider vinegar. The cider they sell is from neighboring Pine Hill Orchards and is very fresh and good too. They are open from August until all the apples are gone, sometime in April.
