painting with a twist

My friends told me about PWAT and it sounded really fun. I decided to look into it more and found that It was cost friendly, you can bring drinks to unwind with as well as food, and you can register for whatever day & time & portrait. It was a blast and the instructor was really great! I am looking forward to going again soon.

I went tonight with my family and we all had a blast. So much fun and our instructor was great. You bring your own food and drinks and even can drink alcohol. The atmosphere was really nice and the music they play is actually what we all listen to so we were dancing and singing. Will definitely be coming back. There are hundreds of paintings to choose from.loved it!!

The business card I was given listed both the Tampa & Trinity studio so I figured the co-op between the two franchises was good enough to leave feedback here. I had a ball painting my pet. I have NEVER painted before and I have to say (as well as others in the class, my father, and my significant other) that my painting turned out AMAZING! If I can do it, then anyone can paint a beautiful picture. I recommend the pet course. It is more expensive, but you feel more connected to the picture then with some random vase, lighthouse, or squid. :) Be sure to check out Painting with a Twist in Tampa off Dale Mabry Hwy.

I have gone to PWAT - Trinity several times and I have signed up for another painting adventure this week. I absolutely love it. There is a lot of fun to be had. Michelle and Sharon (the owners) make the location so friendly and welcoming. They teach the classes as well as Crazy Jen and Tommy and they are both amazing as well. They have another teacher, Eve who I have not had the pleasure of meeting yet but plan to when I schedule a class she is teaching later in the month. I have no doubt that she too is amazing and I am looking forward to that class as well. You go in for the first time not knowing what to expect and come out in 2 or 3 hours with a painting good enough to hang in your home or give as a gift. I think everyone, artistic or not...give it a try...you will be so happy you did.

I went to Painting with a Twist in Trinity with my husband in hopes of a fun night out trying something new. I never dreamed that I would actually create a painting that I would be proud to hang on my wall. The instructor made it so easy. I was a little nervous, I am not what you would call artisic. We were greeted upon arrival...(Love the atmosphere...Paintings everywhere!) We were given aprons and a blank canvas. It's a BYOB establishment, so we brought our own wine, cheese & crackers. We listened to great music, while the instructor gave us easy to follow steps. A few glasses of wine and a few good laughs later and I had myself a gorgeous beach scene painting! I still can't believe I painted that!!! My husband's painting looks great too...But mine is better of course :) I will be coming back this month for a girls night out with my friends.When you go...don't forget to bring your own drinks (they have cork screws, cups & paper products), some snacks, and your camera!
